I am very protective of my little guy and was very worried about depending on someone to come over once a day, but DeNae and her team have been really incredible and I trust them completely! They leave notes or send pictures to let me know how he’s doing and on the few occasions I’ve been at home sick, I’ve witnessed how excited my little guy is when on of them comes to the door and how sad he is when they have to leave … I recommend Greyt Pet Services to everyone!

DeNae and her team of sitters have been nothing but amazing to our very loved puppy Moose, and when I say puppy I really mean he is 14 years old. My husband and I sometimes travel and dont have the luxury of having family members close by to take care of him, so having the comfort of DeNae and her team watch over him makes our trip that much better :) She has helped us not only with when we travel but also with daily walks to get him out of the house and we can tell the difference in his personality the days she comes to play with him! when you are in need of a service that involves your pet you want to know someone is caring for them like their own and DeNae has made it very obvious that she has deep compassion and love for our little Moose :) thank you so much DeNae and your team we wouldnt know what to do with out you!

DeNae and her team have been fantastic overall with our two very friendly and needy cats. My husband and I travel a lot for work and often find ourselves in need of last-​minute days here and there, and DeNae is always great about accommodating. I know we’re a bit out of her normal coverage area, so we do pay a little extra, but I’m happy to do so knowing that my cats are being well taken care of.
I also appreciate that she always sends texts and pictures for every visit so I know our boys are happy and safe and sound. I completely trust her and appreciate her services!

Ok, we have been a client of Denea for some time, always paid well in advance for her services and have never received an invoice or summary of payments.
We trusted her enough, to where we didn’t question when she would bring unknown people into our home while we were gone (though she never knew that we knew she did.)
Up until the last visit it was communicated what it would cost prior to and payment would always be there for her.
The most recent use of her services we did not know the cost before we left for the trip — so upon our return was an invoice (1^st one ever from her) — $ 45 owed after we used up the remaining credit.
No big deal, right?
After failing to connect to pay her cash (she was given multiple opportunities to come by) and her 1^st rejection of a credit card payment because of the «hefty fee» she would be charged — we opted to send a check — so the invoice was placed with the rest of the bills — within days a barrage of text messages — with the most recent ending in threats of collection — as if we have never had any sort of professional relationship — she just became unglued and a little discomforting for us — speaking derogatorily as we have never paid her before and as if we were taking advantage of her.
This is someone we let into our home — showing a complete opposite side — someone we trusted.
So, now sending her a picture message of the auto bill pay from the bank (as she requested) as proof she has been paid — yes, gratuity was added by us.
Please, just to make it go away & hope we get our key back.

We have a complicated household with four pets — one older cat with medication needs, one middle-​aged cat, one young, energetic boxer, and one special needs pug (he is partially paralyzed and requires a lot of care). We were so relieved to have found Greyt Pet Services. DeNae is fantastic, and really cares about the animals’ happiness and comfort, and about doing a good job. She is reasonably priced, and we came home to a household where everything was in order. We never thought that we could find one person who could take care of everything in our household, given the level of care needed. DeNae was professional, reliable, caring, and dedicated. I’d highly recommend them to anyone who needs petsitting or dog walking in the south metro area!
