Forever 21

Not the friendliest in person or over the phone. I tried calling because I had a question in regards to a return… called 4 times and no one answered… over this store.

AH! I wish I had known about Forever 21 at this mall sooner. A week ago, I went on a hunt for clothes for a special occasion at Cherry Creek Mall. Everything was a bust. Enter this store at Park Meadows: so much to choose from, not crowded, nice + personable employees, tons of options, easy dressing room experience, huge accessory/​underwear/​makeup section (some of the makeup was messy but I think that happens at any F21) and workout section as well. They also had a lot of buy 1, get 1 selections. Definitely a hit, probably for any occasion!

I shop at Forever 21 frequently because of cheap clothes, a variety of styles and patterns, and the amount of diversity in the clothing choices. They provide all sizes from kids to the regular XS, S, M, L, XL, and Plus size. Although the sizes are provided does not necessarily mean you will find the exact clothing item in your size. They have a plethora of fun jewelry also cheap. A swim and work out section, as well as shoes, sleep, clearance and odds and ends gifts. The workers however are not very friendly, they never ask if you need help, they don’t greet you either. Also the store is a giant mess. Clothes are everywhere and it’s like being in a maze trying to go through it all. I will continue to return though because prices are very good for the good value of clothes you receive.

Love love love. I come to the mall just for this store all the time. This store is huge! I can always find what I’m looking for. I recently went in and they were having a lingerie sale, it was fantastic! Even when the line is long it goes quickly. They have fantastic cashiers. Definitely recommend this store to everyone.

Incredible customer service!
The bad… we put some clothing on hold and came back an hour later to find that it was returned back in to inventory. The good… the staff more than made up for it when two employees immediately dropped what they were doing and cheerfully helped us find every single piece of clothing we had on hold. Then to top it off that, the manager gave us a 15% discount for our troubles.
It is hard to find good customer service in retail shops anymore, so I was delighted by the way they handled the situation. It is now my favorite location.

Strong competitor to the F21 at Flatiron Xing. If you enter from the ground floor, you almost feel as though you’re going into a high-​end chain a la Bloomingdale’s, because it has its own escalator.
Consider it an indication that they have great — and great quantities of — merchandise — I walked out of here with a larger bag (and a lot less money) than in a very long time from Forever 21. Either that, or I really needed some retail therapy; I’m one of those people who like shopping in theory but can come up with a bazillion reasons why I don’t need something — and thus rarely ever buy anything.
Bottom line: I give my seal of approval. Come spend ye money!

This Forever is huge. Like, really huge. And generally pretty clean. Either they have really great associates, or just a lot of them, I haven’t decided. Walking past all of the «straight sizes» does make me a little sad, but then I get to the plus-​size section. Sure, it’s sectioned off, but I don’t feel like it’s «secluded» like some stores merchandise it. Everything is still merchandised… sort of… in that weird, Forever21 way. I’m an avid shopper in this department (and online) and I can tell you that if you love something, you better buy it fast. It will be gone when you try to go back for it. I’m still mourning the loss of a black and white striped blazer and a leather motorcycle jacket with spiked shoulders. *cries*
There’s always a line for the fitting room, but suck it up and be nice to the attendants. I have to do their job at my own store, so I’m never ever rude (even if they seem tired). We could all stand to be a little nicer to each other!
I’m assuming if you can wear normal sizes, you can go to town in here. Again, I try not to look because then I just get sad. I never get out without a bag of clothes, though, and any sale they have is BOMB. The accessories are pretty disposable, but I still buy a couple when I’m in. Especially the hairbows/​headbands/​etc.

This F21 has a very wide selection, tons of cute clothes… three draw backs though… First off, I have never been there when it is not completely swamped… SO MANY PEOPLE! It is quite overwhelming. Also, hey are quite understaffed, and some of the people that work that have some attitude problems. Lastly, there is not a large amount of sale items (in other stores of that size I have seen bigger sale racks) It sounds like a lot of negatives, but really, if you love forever 21 (like me), then it is worth it.

My name is Meredith. I’m a single, 38 year old female who still shops at Forever 21. Now that my confessional is out of the way, I have to tell you that if you’re plus sized (size 20 through size 14) this store is for you. They have the best selection of any of the F21 stores I’ve visited in Denver (16^th Street Mall, Flat Irons, etc). I came in looking for a dress for my work Holiday party and left with 3! All three dresses are cute, apporpriate and best of all cost under $ 30! Perfection!

Holy revamp! I can admit to being a regular at many different locations of Forever21 including Park Meadows… which was never my favorite. But good news Unilocalers!!! This place has made a complete 180!
For starters they moved to a bigger location (where borders used to be) so there is way more of a selection. It is now almost as big as the downtown location. I found so much stuff here because it is nicely organized by color and style.
MOST OF ALL, they must have had a team meeting revamp. There are more employees and man were they nice. Some of the best customer service I have had in a long time. I used to go in and everyone seemed to good, or annoyed, and hated there job. Regardless, it is now a pleasant experience to go in this store, be greeted, and have someone around every corner who is glad to help a a girl out!

typical forever 21. loud music. WAY too many clothes all over the place. Hard to find exactly what you are looking for.

The prices are great for what you get at this store. The staff was un-​friendly and inattentive however. The clothing was fresh and matched current trends and style. Everything I have purchased there has fitted me well and there has been a large selection I could choose from. Although be aware that there is no return policy here, only an exchange policy once an item is purchased

Went here 1÷7÷11 but didn’t buy anything. Maybe I’m spoiled living 15 minutes away from the largest Forever 21 in the world, out in Vegas, and formerly a short subway ride away from San Francisco’s huge store, but I remember life before that when I shopped at regular sized stores. This Forever 21 is pretty tiny and the selection is so-​so.
Tim Gunn’s voice kept going off in my head, «consider fit.» Too many of the garments look ill-​fitting or have weird proportions, even on the mannequins. Sure, you can find a few good pieces, but this isn’t a place to get a whole wardrobe at.
