History

Established in 2004.

I started in the mortgage business in 2004, when my husband and I bought our first home. Our loan officer offered me a position, so applying for a mortgage loan also turned into applying for a new job. While serving in many capacities for our small company, I learned how best to prepare a client for the cleanest/​easiest/​simplest application, underwriting and closing. Albert Einstein’s quote, «If you can’t explain it simply, you don’t understand it well enough,» describes why I LOVE my job. I enjoy and take pride in explaining an application package, and seeing that my clients truly understand the terms and process.

I have called Colorado home my whole life, having lived in Centennial, Aurora, Fort Collins and Castle Rock. One of my absolute favorite ways to enjoy the clear blue Colorado sky is to have lunch on the patio with my handsome husband and two giggly daughters. That clear blue sky kept me in Colorado to pursue my Bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences from Colorado State University in Fort Collins.
