Do not go here!!! These people will screw you over! They make upgrading a phone look so good with a small fee and then you get a bill with the«installment fees» that were never discussed. The manager will call YOU a liar and stick with Cassie, the scam artist we had to deal with. Going to cooperate on these jerks, go to a different store!

I knew there was a reason I put up a fight when my husband wanted me to leave AT&T and switch to his carrier. I eventually caved but two weeks ago I finally convinced him it was time to come back. I’m so glad we wound up at this store. The customer service is nothing short of outstanding. Chris, Elise and Nick(along with everyone else who tried to help) were fantastic. Over the course of two days I was at the store for at least 4 hours and while it was obviously a lot of time it was mostly pleasant and even fun at times. Switching my phone over proved to be a giant headache and not a success but with the assistance of everyone it wound up working out and I am happy to be back with AT&T. Fast forward to today when I swung back in with a billing question and I was met with the same incredible service. Is it possible to have a favorite phone store? Because this is certainly mine.

The people at this store are so nice and helpful. I finally got an iPhone for Christmas and we came in here after the holiday rush to activate the phone and compare data plans. The rep looked up our account and wrote down comparisons for our choices and actually ended up savings us money, despite the fact that we were upgrading my phone! Truly excellent service at this store. I wanted to buy an iPhone case from the guy to show my appreciation but unfortunately they’re all way too overpriced in the store. Check Amazon for that, but definitely go to this store for help with your plan any time!

Even though we were just in to get an account number to port the phone to another carrier, the customer service was really good. They made sure that we weren’t entirely dissatisfied with the service or that there wasn’t any problems they could address. It just came down to my employer having a better corporate discount. The plans were comparable, but we stood to save $ 15 – 20 per month with the other carrier. So despite all that, they were helpful, quick, cordial, and did a good job.

I’ve only been here a couple different times — once when I bought my iPhone and again when said iPhone was having service issues. Both times the personnel here were great to work with. Top notch customer service and no questions asked.

As a faithful AT&T sucker, I mean customer, for years now I have the need from time to time to go into the AT&T store. This store always seems the easiest to get in and out of. The staff is knowledgeable, the are quick with service and they have a nice selection if you are shopping for a new phone or any type of accessory. If you have to go in somewhere, this is the place to go!
