The service department is very inept. And did not know the laws regarding proper inspection services. I filed a formal complaint with the state board of licensing for the clear violations. The state will be reviewing the complaint and following up with the service department. Avoid if all possible.

Poor service! Sent me off the lot with a brake light out, they did not call me to offer to put a bulb in for me and even had it listed on paperwork, but failed to go over the paperwork with me. In all fairness, it was a very busy Saturday there. Thank goodness my spouse was following behind my vehicle so I was not ticketed. Went to auto-​zone, purchased bulb, easy install. I have never known an auto repair place NOT try to make money, very strange that this happened! Must be because the vehicle was in there for a recall, so they were making enough cash from Ford. They will never get a another dollar of my hard earned cash.

Tried to buy a car here, but they were utterly unresponsive. I submitted several requests and a direct inquiry via their website, called and left a voicemail for the sales department, and received no response. Two weeks later I get an email from Jeff Brunini, Internet Manager that said,
«It has been about a week since your initial inquiry on the 2013 Ford C-​Max Hybrid. I sent a couple of emails but have yet to hear back from you. Are you still in the market, have you already purchased, or do you have some unanswered questions?»
I double checked my inbox, spam box, other email account and between the couch cushions, but had no emails from anyone at Ford of Londonderry. So I replied to Jeff and and informed him that I hadn’t received any emails, that I WAS still very interested in a car, and repeated my inquiry.
No response.
I guess Ford of Londonderry just isn’t that into me. Or selling cars.

STEER CLEAR. My 2 year lease ends next month. I’ll miss the car but not the dealer. I’ve never had poorer customer service (even from non car dealers) than these chumps. In the last 2 years I’ve click on their website for email and NEVER got a response. I complained to Ford itself and they apologized and said they’d ensure the dealer would get things straight. Never gotten straight.
So, I call instead. Woman asks what my question is… I explain in detail… she transfers me to the wrong department where an aggravated employee sends me to Service. Of course Service didn’t know who I was or what my issue was.
3 months ago they called me saying, «We have someone wanting your 2012 Focus! Come by and we’ll take it off your hands!!» I asked, «What if I don’t want another car from you?» «Oh, never mind then.» SCAM!!!
Ford Credit told me to call my dealer to set up the post-​lease wear and tear inspection. I called Ford of Londonderry and they told me, «We won’t do that.»
I asked Ford Credit if I can turn my car into another dealer at the end of the lease. The woman on the phone said, «I would! No reason for you to go to a dealer with such horrible service.» She then found me the next closest dealer.
I made a formal complaint to Ford in both a call, email, and a hand written letter.
WORSE people I’ve EVER dealt with!!!

I am a big fan of the sales department. Al was very attentive and took the time to go through all the features of my 2014 F150. The truck itself is my all time favorite. I owned a GMC Sierra and Chevy Silverado prior to the F150 and neither of them can compare. I have yet to visit Londonderry Ford for service but will update this review when I do.

Told me they were going to give me the absolute best deal possible on a Ford Transit Connect. Almost signed the deal but decided to shop around at the last minute. Glad I did because every other dealership I spoke to could beat their price.

Would never recommend this place. First off when trying to purchase a new car, the surly sale person (roger) continued to try to sell me a used car. When I told them I wanted a new car, they were unable to locate what I wanted. When they finally found it, I put a deposit on it, and arranged to have it delivered to Ford of Londonderry, only to find out that it was sold to someone else for $ 1,000.00 less than what I was being charged. After considerable time and phone calls, I finally got my deposit back. I purchased my brand new car at another dealer in Salem where I got a no-​hassle price, straight answers and no runaround.

I brought my Ford Windstar to Ford of Londonderry to find out why the check engine light was on and have it fixed. They charged me over a hundred dollars to tell me what needed to be done and that it probably would wreck the engine.
I drove it out of there to a privately owned shop in Methuen and they diagnosed and fixed the problem for $ 60.00. It was an oxygen sensor that needed tightening. Needless to say I won’t be going back to Ford for ANYTHING service related unless it’s for a recall.

Good selection of vehicles, and nice folks. Service department is quick and efficient, and I really like them. Also had body work on the new F-​150 due to a minor accident, and their customer service was also excellent, and a loaner vehicle was no problem.
