If you are like me and find that when you go to the large chain hardware stores (ie. Home Depot) service and product knowledge is no where to be found, you will find it much different at Benson’s. A nice welcome hello is always found at the door and I have found help is always available. The good thing is that they know what they are talking about, obviously a very good training program is in place here. OK, you will pay a little bit more here but you save on headache medicine since you are not aggravated by poor service and long lines like at the large hardware store chains. Checking out is also a pleasure with pleasant folks at the checkout and no long lines like at other places.
