History

Established in 2000.

Owners, Michelle and Tom McManus started in the Xerox world back in 1992 in Denver, Colorado. They moved east to take their experience and start Benchmark Office Systems, They are registered as a small, woman owned business to assist customers in purchasing, plus certifications for SOMWBA, DBE, W/​DBE, etc.

We offer world class office equipment (copiers, printers, fax machines, scanners, and shredders.) Document scanning solutions aid customers in going paperless with disaster recovery, and to find documents faster. Document management rounds out our solutions to aid customers find documents faster and have an electronic version of your hard copy documents.

Michelle M.

Business Owner

Shortly after graduating college from UMASS Amherst, Michelle has been in the Xerox world. After 8 successful years and recruiting husband Tom in the business, we moved East to start our own business. Early on, we received certifications for being small, woman owned and SOMWBA certified, then proceeded to gain New Hampshire W/​DBE certifications. Michelle and her husband support local charity organizations and have 3 school age children
