They lie. They say 7 to 10 business days. Still no glasses when you call to ask why they give you mouth about it. I wish they would just say we will call you when they come in unsteady of 7 to 10 day. They make sure they get your money. I don’t need the rudeness.

Go somewhere else. These people are not with it at all. Long story I will do later. After I go in person and complain. Stay tuned. Just don’t go there. Edit… Any way, don’t know quite what to say. First pair of specs I recieved, (after two weeks and three days) were totally bad. Couldn’t ‘read’ with the bi-​focal part, the regular (top) were blurry. She re– checked my eyes and said she sees no problem. Got second pair, two weeks and four days. (???) At least I could read with these, but, the top were still blurry at all distances. Maybe it’s where they ‘get’ them. (China?) but I gave up and went to the cheap place at the mall and am very satisfied with them.

Great eye exam. I had new lenses put in my frames. I Kept callingto find out if they were done and in. they would just say they were not in yet. Finally after close to 4 weeks they were in. I went to get them, the girl that was taking care of me said they had lost them. At least they were truthful when I got them. But I had no clue what was up with them taking so long.
