History

Established in 2009.

SMS Designs is a family business. Mark, Dian, and their son Shannon-​Mark operate the business out of their home. This business venture started as a suggestion from Mark’s mom. Her business, Jean’s Special Touch, located just north of Cincinnati, Ohio has been a huge success.

SMS Designs has never advertised. Starting small was their plan to insure quality and timely delivery to their customers. This has been a successful approach, two years later the business has become steadily busy and they continue to deliver quality products in a timely manner.
