Rare Electric is great! I received outstanding customer service! Chris Wolf, the general manager was always professional, friendly and prompt. He was available to address all my needs when I called to reach him and if he wasn’t available he returned my phone messages in a timely manner. Chris also made his staff available to accommodate me and my work schedule. This is very important to me because more often than not small businesses want you to work with their schedule and availability.
My service need was for some home electrical issues. The price was fair. I will recommend Rare Electric to all my friends and family.

I had a couple of bathroom outlets that weren’t working. My general contractor recommended RARE. I called for an appointment, expecting to have to wait several days or a week.
I was told they could have someone there in about 1.5 hours. Lonnie was at my door within an hour. He couldn’t have been more courteous and respectful. I told him about the problem, he diagnosed it immediately, and then explained it to me thoroughly. He had it fixed in no time.
I have not received the bill yet. But I expect the cost to be reasonable. I’m sure I will be using RARE for all of my electrical problems in the future.
