I had One Hour come out to give my heating system a checkup and see why the air conditioner didn’t work. The very nice guy dismantled and disabled my heater and then give me an estimate of between $ 11,000 and $ 13,000 to replace it. He also said that the air conditioner needed to be replaced. I called J.R. Barto for a second opinion and they fixed the system (2 heaters and air) for under $ 600 and gave me an estimate to replace it for less than $ 5,000 (but said I didn’t need it). The system works great and I am thrilled I didn’t let myself be manipulated into buying a system I didn’t need. Trustworthy, experienced, competent and not money hungry. I give them my highest recommendation.
