Jalama Beach Store

Well worth the drive! We luv to grab a burger, fries, and do not forget the onion rings!!! Then take a walk on the beach! Always a good day when you get a little Jalama sand on your feet and one of their famous burgers in your gut!

Love this place! Right on the beach, amazing Jalama burger! We are FREQUENT visitors after our beach combing. Say hi to Don and his son when you are there, the owners.

Cool little store, they literally have everything you can imagine in this place. The prices are fair especially for how remote you are. The grill is in the store also.

This place, at this beach, has the best food you will ever wrap your lips around. The Jalama Burger is 2^nd to none. Can’t say why or how… the seasoned grill, the meat and produce, the location… or all of the above? Anything you get here from fish n chips, breakfast sando, chile verde… you name it, you will enjoy indulging at the most beautiful beach you can imagine. Day trip, camping, just passing thru… get some grub! Great people in the store, and in the kitchen.

World Famous Jalama Burger. Who can argue with that? Especially when they are correct?! When you come to this beach, you must, MUST, get a Jalama Burger. Always on point, always amazingly delicious. Yes, you will wait; especially on a weekend during the summer. IT IS WORTH IT! I literally think about this burger the rest of the day, and the following day, etc… Oh, and just a side note. If you are in Lompoc and go to the Jalama Beach Café, they do have a «Jalama burger» on the menu. And they will tell you, «Yes it’s the same one as on the beach!» Do not be fooled. You must be at Jalama Beach to have a TRUE Jalama Burger. You’re welcome… (I’m already thinking about when I can get down there again for my next one…)

This place has everything making the campground even better than it already is! Friendly service and a delicious burger. The special sauce is truly special!!! Can’t wait to come back to Jalama!
