W Auto Works

A friend recommended W Auto Works and I thought why not give it a try… I needed a dependable place to go. My car was first taken out there to get an estimate, which was reasonable, then I went out there a week later to get the work done. The staff I encountered were all very courteous and went out of their way to make this a good experience. I was also given a loaner car free of charge on the day of service which is an added bonus since I drove out to Lombard from Chicago. My brakes, suspension and detailing was all I had done and I am happy with everything. I have found a new place to take my car… worth the drive from Chicago. Thanks W!

The experience with this place was great. They took time to explain what my car needed and why it should get fixed soon. And the prices were great very reasonable. The staff was very friendly and made me feel welcome. When I received my car back from service, it smelled great and ran and looked like new! I had brakes, shocks replaced and detail service. Highly recommend these guys.

Definitely 5 star review for W Auto Works. Excellent service friendly staff and honest mechanics with great prices. they fixed my Acura TL about half the price from the dealer. The place is very nice and clean, they even offered free drop off and pick up service while the car is being fixed. What more can you ask for?

These guys are great. Very honest and very reasonable. Another place quoted me two fold of what they were offering me. They demonstrated High ethics and even stayed open past closing to make sure I received the car that day. They were very competent and showed no signs of complacency, getting the job done in a efficient and timely manner. At some mechanic shops you ask them what time it is, and they tell you how to build a clock. That adage doesn’t hold true here. They made things simple for me to understand and articulated the issues in a very straight forward manner… Owner knows what he is doing and is excellent at customer service (something seldom seen these days). Its nice to be at a place were upper management and ownership is involved day to day, because they are motivated to satisfy you. I will absolutely be coming back here. I never write reviews on Unilocal but was compelled to because of the extraordinary job they did.

I am usually not the type to write a review, but I was very impressed with W Auto Works. I called yesterday morning because I had a friend who got ill in my Acura MDX over the weekend and if anyone has ever experienced it knows that it is a smell that is impossible to get rid of, despite our every effort. Not to mention that it happened between the passenger seat and the middle counsel. I spoke to Author, who said they can clean the car today and explained all the steps necessary. I was there within an hour. They spent 2 hours cleaning the area, which included removing the passenger seat and much more for a very reasonable price. The result was remarkable, absolutely no smell after. Not to mention they provided me with a ride from the shop home and then picked me up when my car was ready. Author and the whole team was very professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend W Auto Works!

I took my 2002 Acura RL to get a wheel alignment (45.99 great deal) in Chicago they are 60 – 70 bucks, so no brainer for me. I ended up needing other work done to my car before they could perform the alignment but I knew I had to get some things done to it just didn’t wanna spend the money. Let me just say this is the BEST AUTO SHOP I HAVE EVER BEEN TO IN MY LIFE TIME!!! Clean, warm, beautiful chandler hanging from the ceiling, leather chairs with nice plush pillows, beautiful table, Keurig coffee maker, with Starbucks coffee. Bathroom clean, I coul have stayed all day but my pocket aren’t that FAT. The owner was so nice and the man at the front desk (sorry didn’t get their name) they gave me a discount and it was my first time there and really needed it. I Definitely will be back, THE FIRST TIME I SPENT THAT MUCH ON MY CAR AND DIDNT FEEL LIKE I GOT ROBBED THANKS GUY I WILL BE
