We offer appliance repair for all major appliances and brands. Our parts and services are warranted and our trip fee is waived with the repair. We offer industry leading 1 year parts and labor warranty on all repairs.

History

Established in 2010.

We started in Jan 2010 as L and N Appliances. After many months of being pursued by Mr Appliance we became Mr Appliance of West and Northwest Chicago Suburbs.

S and S came out to my home and assessed the problem with my refrigerator, and determined the cause within 30 min. They ordered the part required, and followed up 2 days later to schedule an appt to replace the part. The service tech demonstrated knowledge and had a friendly demeanor.
More to follow on whether the replacement part fixed the problem. I’ll adjust after service is completed.

I called Mr. Appliance when my relay on the control panel failed on my LG fridge. From start to finish, Denise and Nick were nothing but professional. The customer service was outstanding! Highly recommend this company!

I called Mr. Appliance/​Leroy after hours on the phone with the LG customer service department. Leroy researched my LG washer issue, got me through getting him the ID numbers on our machine, ordered the parts and installed, with very little help from me. I appreciated his extra effort to find the problem with our LG washer and get LG to have it updated for free to us. Leroy did more for us than what LG was willing to do for us over the phone. That was awesome.
Leroy also gave us a quote on our cook top. It was a reasonable price. We decided to wait out the cook top issue because of our own issue, not anything to do with Mr. Appliance.
We would use Mr. Appliance/​Leroy again! Definitely. He was an honest, clean, friendly and hard working man.

I called Mr. Appliance based on all the five star reviews and they lived up to the hype. They were extremely courteous, professional and prompt. I had a weird issue with my washer but they investigated everything and ultimately found the issue (which most repairmen would have gave up on). On top of that, I was only charged the service call. I will definitely call on them again the next time something needs repair.

Our stove would inconsistently light up, so I called and made an appointment, and I was greeted with professionalism and courtesy. The appointment was set within 48 hours, and the technician was punctual. Because our stove is so old, he informed us that Kitchenaid no longer made the replacement parts. He suggested replacing the stove as opposed to opening it and potentially damaging it further without having the parts to fix it. I sincerely appreciate his honesty, and then he didn’t charge for the service call. Should I have any issues in the future, I will definitely call again.

Just spoke with Mr. Appliance about washing machine issue — based on my description of the issue he told me it was time for new washer — the bearings were going out. I suspected this before calling but nice to have free advice rather than costly visit. Thank you Mr. Appliance.

I called Mr. Appliance at 8:00pm on a Friday night knowing they were closed but wanted to find out their hours for Saturday so I could call back first thing in the morning for an appointment. Five minutes later I receive a phone call from Leroy asking how he could help me. WoW! I told Leroy what was happening and he gave me a couple things to try myself before having him come out! More companies need to have this kind of customer service! Mr. Appliance will always be my go-​to company for appliance repairs!

Mr. Appliance came to the house and gave us an estimate to fix our microwave. We struggled with whether to buy a new one or fix this one (only 2 years old). We decided to have them fix it and so they took the microwave back to their shop for repairs. To our surprise, they called us the next morning saying the problem was an easier fix than they expected so it was half the original estimate and they could reinstall by end of day. An honest business that operates with integrity and takes care of it’s customers will always get 5 stars from me.

Our service man was polite, professional, on time and quick to come here when our stove would not heat up. I also noted he was organized to a T and cleaned up his mess when he was done. The man knew what he was doing, and was fast. Bottom line, my oven gave out, I called Mr. Appliance, they were friendly and came right out. My oven works like new now. If I need any of my other appliances repaired, I’m calling these folks… THEY ARE GREAT! They actually care about they’re work. By far the best appliance experience I’ve ever had.

This company is incredible from the beginning to the end. Their scheduler provided me with several options to have my washing machine repaired. They were on time, at time scheduled, were professional, courteous, Knowledgeable and very, very effecient. I cannot say enough good things about this company! Between 3 homes that I have; living in 2 & selling 1, I have my fair share of appliances & appliance issues. I will call Mr. Appliance for any & all appliance repairs in the future.
