On 11÷3÷13, I made my first FinishLine purchase at your Arundel Mills, MD store. The size we needed wasn’t available, so the sales clerk suggested I have it shipped from another store. We’ll this is when things went downhill… My order was supposed to be shipped from your Lombard, IL store. This never happened! Oh yes, you charged my credit card on 11/​4, stating that my order shipped. After many calls, I finally cancelled my order on 11/​8, since my order was never given to UPS for shipment. Let’s see how long it takes for my credit to appear. Isn’t it illegal to charge before shipping? This was my first and last shopping experience at FinishLine. I’m just 1 dissatisfied customer spreading the word.
