This place offered the best service. My son needed a replacement phone fast. They were able to get it & also provide him with cost saving options to his bill at the same time. They followed up later to make sure he was satisfied.

In a day and age where customer service has fallen quite low on the priorities list for most, it is refreshing to encounter warm, friendly, well informed sales people!
I was visiting family in Lombard and stumbled upon this AT&T authorized vendor store. I think that means franchise vs corporate?? Looks very new, crisp, and clean. The shelves were fully stocked with merchandise and accessories which is awesome. I hate walking into an empty store!
We were greeted right away upon entering and at some point during my time there, all the associates made it a point to exchange some sort of pleasantries which was nice.
I was looking at the Samsung Galaxy 6 Edge and possibly going to upgrade from my Galaxy 5.
The individual who assisted me was the manager I believe. Her name was Raquel, but everyone called her Rocky. She was just a pleasure to deal with. Her product, promotion, and package knowledge was beyond! She took her time to answer all my questions, assess my needs, and provided several options customized for me.
I love the business partner approach. Great map for long term business relationship building ! ! When you are paying sometimes upwards of a thousand dollars for a device, one should expect that the service delivery be on point. Sadly that’s where many cell companies fail!
Needless to say, when all was said and done, I upgraded to the Galaxy 6 Edge and love it.
Raquel also informed me about their, cable, cell business accounts, and Digital Life service that was offering a great promotion with discounted service fees, free equipment and installation.
Too bad I live out of state now, but will definitely stop in the next time back in Lombard to see my family. Give these folks a try and ask for Rocky.
