In 2003, Sherry discovered the Yuba foothills and fell in love with the natural beauty of this special area where she bought land to build on. Shortly after her move we entered into a six year recession, a change that would devastate so many people’s lives and cripple our real estate values. Sherry became certified as a distressed property expert «CDPE» to help her clients navigate through this difficult market.
