I brought my car here. They are straight and to the point. They quoted me 1 hour time frame but I was out in 45 minutes 5 windows tinted /​6. They did a great job ! Ask for Cesar

I’ve had both the other cars done here, and one 2 times. Finally pulled the trigger on getting the windows done on the Charger. Initially came in a month ago and didn’t get it done because i wanted to do a full strip and replace then realized it’s hot and that’s not happening anytime soon. Came back in to get it done, quick, professional, called me into the back to show me a part that was missing when I brought it in, didn’t even know it was missing! If your on the fence of Tint Factory or tint city, get off of it and come here!

It was my first time here and I had just gotten a new car. They were very friendly and professional. My car was completed in a timely manner. I am very happy with end result. I work in property management and have over 550 units, which means if anyone ask about my window tint, I will be referring them here. Thank you guys, great work. Many blessings

Always have all our cars window tint done here. Went yesterday to have my new car windows tinted. Was in and out in about 30 minutes. Cesar (the owner) is friendly and very personable. The waiting/​reception area has all been remodeled since the last time I was in. Very nice and comfortable to relax in and wait for you car! Thanks Tint Factory/​Cesar!

I have had a lot of tint work done at different places in the IE and I’d have to say i will no longer be going anywhere else to get my tint work done…

Cesar has killed it once again. This is the third car I have brought down to The Tint Factory and I am extremely pleased with the end result. I always speak highly of the work and customer service and refer everyone to check this spot out.

This is my 2^nd time here. I just love the quality. It’s amazing the transformation of the establishment. When I came the 1^st time back in May they were remodeling. The waiting area is calm, relaxing and clean. I was shocked when I read that their prices are higher than other tint shops. I think their price is reasonable and the quality is worth it. I would recommend this place and will definitely bring the next car I get here.

Went out of my way take my car here (yes this shop) NOT the ones down the street. Was expecting 3m tint like my other vehicles. The tint I recieved is nothing to WOW about. I called and asked about 3m the lady told me the tint sometimes doesn’t come with it. That’s BS my other cars had it and you can tell the quality difference. Never again will I go there not worth the drive for regular quality tint. Top it off one of my windows had tiny bubbles. I followed the after care directions too. Such a waste of money and time, I should have just kept my old tint but I wanted a darker shade and supposedly better quality. I have enclosed the receipt to ensure that I’m talking about the same shop. For those that question it. As well as the pics of the error.

I got all 5 windows of my 2015 Prius C done. My eyes are light sensitive so I was amazed at how well the anti-​glare tint works. The regular factory lights of other cars look yellow/​orange while the cars with the custom LED lights are dimmer. I don’t know if all the tint they offer have this function but if you find yourself getting blinded by those lights at night, I highly recommend making sure the tint you get has anti-​glare! I’m never blinded by any type of lights anymore! :) Tint was stuck and cut to precision. Everything’s perfect! Thank you, Cesar!
*** be careful not to get Tint FACTORY mixed up with Tint CITY!!! They are in separate buildings with a parking lot in between. It can be very easy to mix these two places up.

I got my 2014 Corolla done here, I called around to a ton of places. Some quoted me as high as 289.
Tint City got it done for 130 out the door. The tint looks great, and it only took an hour. If your in the market for some tint, I recommend these guys. Fast service, quality work, great customer service.

Cesar and his staff are excellent. They do AMAZING work at a very reasonable price. I’ve had all my cars tinted with them and I’ve recommended and endless amount of people here.
I don’t know of anyone whom has not liked their tint job. They have great customer service and take time to educate you on the process. Great communication and customer appreciation. It doesn’t get better than the Tine Factory. You will not be dissapointed. Give them a try!

This review is based on the service of my second vehicle tint, which was just a few days ago.
After the great job they did on my wife’s car & noticing how much heat the 3M Premium tint blocks out, I decided to get my Highlander done. My car turned out excellent, just as expected. but a few things bothered me. After thinking about it & reading all of the reviews here, I decided to write about my last experience. Their customer service was quite shoddy.
& I apologize in advance if I bore you with the details, but here’s a breakdown of it:
— A week prior to my appointment, I inquired about an estimate for my car, considering the rear windows were factory tinted & I wanted the old tint at the driver, passenger & visor areas removed. I was given an estimate of $ 234 during the 3 occasions before my appointment.
When I arrive for my appointment, the price jumps up well over $ 300. I was told the reason it’s higher is because it’s a larger vehicle & removal of the old tint is $ 20.
I was just thinking, WTH. I told you what make & model my car was. Now all of a sudden, you give me a more accurate & higher estimate!?? I held back (don’t know why) from saying this, but after discussing some discounts such as the Unilocal check-​in. Eventually, I just settled on the final price of $ 304 (wish I didn’t now)
— After paying my bill, I said I’ll be waiting here in the waiting room since I was unable to find a ride. The response I immediately got was, «you might want to find one, because removing your old tint can take awhile» I said it’s fine, I’ll wait. My overall wait time to do all the windows & remove the old tint in 3 areas was ONLY 90 mins.
Going to be awhile huh. Are u kidding me? I’ve waited longer in Dr’s offices!
My only guess as to why I was told it was going to be awhile, is because they don’t want customers to know that it really doesn’t take that long, but they want you to think it does.
Or simply, the desk clerk did not want me waiting there. I’m pretty sure it’s both!
— They have a sign in their waiting area: Free wi-​fi for customers!
I asked for the password & I get told it’s no longer available. My immediate thought was, then simply take the sign down so customers don’t ask for it.
— When I got told my car is just about done, it came across quite rude. «You’re car is getting cleaned up & almost done, so gather all of your things now». So I gathered up my laptop & some work papers, then I go back up to the front desk thinking they were going to give me my car keys. I sat there for a few mins.(while they gossiped) & I eventually got bored.
So I asked if my car will be where I parked it. The answer I got was, «Oh we’ll let you know when it’s done». I just thought, «Oh really? But you make it sound like it was just about done by telling me to gather my stuff AND you didn’t even have the courtesy to mention that while I was sitting at the counter, listening to their conversation. Well thanks for making it sound you were in a rush to get rid of me & feeling like an unwanted customer!
— Interior of my car could’ve been cleaned a little better. I had some things in the drivers side door that got wet & the passenger side floor was dirty. (Easily noticeable because I just washed & detailed it a couple days prior)
Overall, the grade I give the tint job is an B. As for their Customer service, I’d say a D+.
Will I recommend them to friends/​family? HECK NO.
I completely agree with the bad reviews here on Unilocal,regarding the „bad/​snotty customer service“. I understand workers have bad days & all, but we all do!
Just don’t give customers an unwelcome feeling.& it wouldn’t hurt to smile & be more friendly.
MORE importantly, DON’T give out bad estimates! ie.“Your price is higher from the estimate I gave you because it’s an SUV» Really? & you just figured that out!?? smh
I called Tint City for an estimate for the EXACT same work (tint removal & 3M installation). Their estimate was $ 180 AND they even sounded much more friendly & helpful!

Not low, but mediocre. So NOW they are offering bribes & kissing their customers butt by «mention this review for a free gift!» How about just have some common courtesy and respect to ALL your customers, not when you feel like it?!
If you had gotten the same service I got, I know you wouldn’t be happy. I never said I was expecting it to be Starbucks. It’s not my fault you’re advertising free wifi but forgot to take down the sign. U know what false advertisement means?
Lastly, WHY can’t u explain the reason that my estimate was $ 100 more after finding out I had an SUV? And customers are supposed to believe EVERYTHING you say about your product/​work, because why?! Cuz you’re the «expert». Ya okay.
Do us all a favor and learn some customer service skills or work elsewhere. Treat others how you want to be treated! That too much to ask!??

I just relocated to the area and purchased a used car that needed window tint. So of course I used Unilocal to find a recommended window tint company. Thanks to the other reviewers for taking the time to write a review that helps people like me find good businesses.
Through Unilocal I contacted two companies for quotes. Both responded very quickly. Even though The Tint Factory’s quote was a bit more expensive, I decided to schedule an appointment mostly based on the reviews. I am so glad I did.
Nicole was great. She was patient with me as she explained the differences between the various levels of tint available and how they helped reduce the temp in the car. I ended up upgrading to the next level tint after learning the differences, which was of course, more than the quote. But I feel it was well worth it! When I mentioned I had to wait there, she pointed out places close enough to walk if I wanted to grab a bite to eat (my appt was at 11:30). I ended up hanging out in the waiting area, which was quite nice. A couch and a few chairs, with a big flat screen to watch.
My car was ready in an hour and a half. Not bad. AND it looks fabulous! Caesar was wonderful! Answered all my questions and was great to work with. I highly recommend The Tint Factory. The only negative I can mention is I noticed some spots on the seats I’m guessing from the spray they use. Other then that, I love how my car looks! Great job!

I have had all 7 of my vehicles tinted here, today made number 8 the quality of work that they do is great and I hope they continue the good work!

If you’re in the market to get your windows tinted, look no further. Tint factory does high quality work and is also affordable. Cesar does a great job.

took my blue Lexus IS 350 to get windows tinted, since I had taken 2 vehicles here in the past and had great service. I noticed 2 little bubbles on my rear window 2 days after the tint was put on. The lady at the front desk just told me come in and they redid my window (free of course) looks great, I will definitely come back because of the great customer service. I understand sometimes with tint bubbles can appear, (it happens) But Tint Factory fixed the problem. Because of this continued customer service I will bring my future vehicles here and refer my friends to this place.

Got my car windows tinted here in 2013 on the recommendation of my friend. Couldn’t have been happier with the price and the quality of the work. The tint looked great, nice and clear and great color. Made my car look amazing!
Fast forward to today and I’m back again with my truck. Looking forward to the same quality of work and product.
As I type this they just finished up with my truck and it looks great!
I can’t recommend this place more, it is worth the travel time for such great quality of work and product. Amazing place!
