My husband and I have been seeing Dr. R for two years now. The doctor is attentive and kind and is thorough for the most part. Her front office staff is rude and impatient. We also get bills after we have paid our co-​pay! Something funny going on there and I’m looks no for a new doctor.

If I could give negative stars I would. I waited 2-​hours for my first appointment and 1-​hour for my second which I find unacceptable. They have orange signs on the walls stating they will charge $ 25 if you miss your appt. but they will waist your time. I heard others complain about it as the front desk blows you off and claims its not usually like this. The front desk and Dr R are so cold and rude its unreal to watch. They over schedule so you have no time with the Dr as your rushed along. Dr had no idea why I was there so she obviously does not have time to check the patients chart. I told her I thought the wait time was ridiculous and frustrating for her patients. She claimed that it’s less than other Dr. I know sometimes things get delayed but when its a daily problem you’re over scheduling. When I disagreed with her the Dr told me I could find another Dr. Really! I was already looking for a new Dr so that was no big deal but for her to handle the situation like that was so unprofessional. What a waist of time to visit this office and be treated so rudely by all of the staff and the doctor. Save yourself some time and find a Dr who cares.

Gee, I thought I’d finally found a Primary care Physician Hm until I recently received a bill practically a yr later. I was being Charged for a deductible which was supposed to b waived on Annual Wellness Check-​ups. I initially saw Dr R last yr in Dec & I was impressed with Her Overall. She was so Pleasant & Kind. Her B/​o Nurse was also Nice; the two of them out shined the entire office bc the F/​o person was not Personable at all @ least to me. I immediately contacted their Billing Dept & spoke to the person in charge. I will not list her name bc I’m hoping this is an isolated incident & others did not experience this. Well, she admitted the Bill was sent in Error. I asked her to email me the Correction of which she agreed to do, but I never received:-/ This now looks suspicious & obviously, by sending the bill so late, they’d possibly assumed I’d forget and pay it. My Ins told me I was billed for Diagnostic as if i had an accident. Seriously, I’m never ill and jus go to Drs for my yearly physicals.

DO NOT LET YOUR LOVED ONES GO HERE…
this is definitely not a patient-​centered clinic/​team. the front desk staff were very rude… even with the MD, i am so disappointed.
but i do not want to go into more details about how terrible our experience was. my parents taught me «RESPECT», something that the staff here obviously did not learn well. sad…
but lesson learned: pick a good, CARING doctor who also has respectful and caring team.

Great Doctor, took time to address every issue I had! She was patient and efficient! What more can you ask for? I highly recommend her as your primary care physician.

Really great MD who is available when needed, good listener and diagnostician and appears to be caring. The office is really clean and nicely decorated.

I have serious burns on my face from getting laser hair removal today. She seemed to blame it on everything from the weather to my period. Not the fact that maybe she did a sloppy job. Not coming back and I have pictures to document and show others before they decide to book an appointment.

Awesome doctor. She is a very good listener. I feel like my health is in great hands.
