Holiday Inn Express & Suites Loma Linda- San Bernardino S

Stayed here 3 nights visitng a relative at Loma Linda Medical Center. Hotel is clean, close to hospital, good customer service, better than normal free breakfast, free parking and easy access. I would definitely stay here again.

Stayed here as part of a room block for my sister’s wedding…
+The rooms and hallways were clean and well kept.
+Complimentary wifi (as with most Holiday Inn’s).
+Also standard with Holiday Inn’s, there was complimentary breakfast.
–Despite having the breakfast, the food was running low and the staff seemed a tad annoyed when I requested they replenish the sausage. He told me there was 15 mins left of breakfast (yes, I was aware of this), but then there was a line for the sausage by the time he brought it out so I was NOT the only person.
+The hotel has a pool and spa.
–The pool and spa are in the shade in the afternoon! While I’m sure it’s better in the hot summer months, it doesn’t entice you to go in when it’s fall.
+Decent rate for the wedding block and the staff was able to work with those of us who booked a little later.
+Convenient location to grabbing some food, the events we were going to, downtown Redlands (quick über ride), and from what I hear, to the hospital.
–The view is NOT pretty. We were overlooking the front, which included a view of the parking lot, a motel, a liquor store, and Redlands Blvd. From the pool, you see the freeway, a field, and another road. and a. junkyard?
Bottom Line — If you need a place in this area, its a pretty decent option. I can’t say I’d need a hotel in this area often though.

We were able to check in 30 minutes earlier then the regular 3 o’clock check in time. The staff was friendly and courteous. The hotel itself was quiet and clean.
My only complaints are the water pressure for the toilet is weak and we had a small trail of ants in our room but was given a discount upon check out.
Also we were able to get a late check out at 1pm and the breakfast offered was actually good!
Will definitely be coming back to this Holiday Inn.

We stayed at this hotel for five nights while visiting family in Loma Linda. It was a great stay. The hotel was clean (it’s brand new!), the staff was polite, and the breakfast was to be expected if you’ve stayed at other Holiday Inn Expresses before. A high point for us was the pool. It is clean and the perfect size for our family. There is even a hot tub. After a long hot day in the sun exploring the area, nothing was better than a dip in the pool. Especially because the pool area is in the shadow of the hotel in the late afternoon making it less hot. Also the rooms are big and they were very clean. We will definitely stay at this hotel when we come back again.

The staff is rude. The housekeepers are lazy. Everytime we went to the pool we had to ask for towels. At one point the receptionist got rude when my 12 year old had to «bother» her if she could give us towels. Her «professional» reply to my my son was «ugh… Yes, we will bring you towels». Then when it came to asking for house keeping to come clean the room. They only came in to make the bed. They didn’t even vacuum nor clean anything else. When we first checked in the room wasn’t even ready. I had booked the room a couple of hours before. They made us wait an hour for it to be clean. Later that evening we found a half eaten muffin that had been on the other side of the bed. Disgusting! The staff is rude and lazy. Terrible experience.

We have definitely experienced better else where. The hotel was completely booked the weekend we stayed. Apparently there was not enough breakfast for everyone, so the attendant just told us that breakfast was over. The manager was at the front desk & just watched our conversation with the attendant. You would think they would prepare enough breakfast for everyone to enjoy, given they advertise the complimentary breakfast as a lure for you to select staying there. We couldn’t even get coffee. Lucky for us they are not the only hotel in the area. There will not be a next time.

Clean, nice, and new! This hotel is top notch, beautiful design, relaxing pool area, great staff, central location. The complimentary breakfast is pretty tasty.
There are a ton of different restaurants in the area and it’s close to the Harley dealership and Loma Linda Medical Center. I think I have said enough — book your room.

Stayed for our sons tournament in Moreno Valley. Hotel has only been opened for two weeks so everything is New! Staff are friendly and very helpful

Excellent rooms! Great service. Our 18 month old was in ICU at Loma Linda hospital. The hotel staff were kind, compassionate and very thorough. Worth every penny!
