Smoothie King

I had a very unpleasant experience here last Monday. I went through the drive through and placed an order for 3 smoothies. (The two mediums were for some co workers and the small was for me, I ordered a small because I didn’t want to waste a medium) 2 mediums ($ 5 mediums on Mondays) and 1 small light and fluffy. When I got to the window I told the man that I was paying for them all with separate cards because they were for others. He told me the next time just let them know when placing the order. No problem. So the first medium I paid with one of my coworkers card her total $ 5 and some change, second smoothie I paid with the other co workers card, her total $ 5 and some change… My smoothie I paid with my card and told him I had a keychain gym membership that offers a small discount on the smoothie at this location only… He told me that I couldn’t combine the discounts… Okay… But I paid all three separate with separate cards. I wasn’t cobining anything. Then he tells me I didn’t have three people in my car (which personally was none of his business). I had no words. I looked at him and said are you kidding me? So my co workers got a larger smoothie for $ 5 and my small smoothie was $ 7 because he would not accept my discount card which I have used many times here on my personal order because I didn’t have my co workers with me in my car. I will not be going back to this smoothie king. I only gave 2 stars because the smoothies were good but the customer service is not even worth 1 star. There’s a smoothie king in Snellville that makes just as good of smoothies and a much friendlier staff. I will be taking my buisness there, even though I won’t receive my discount, it will be worth not being treated the way I was.

I love Smoothie King but then again I love smoothies. I recommend the immune builder with out the extra sugar.
