Henson came out and gave me a very good bid on installing a garden tub in my master bathroom. I called the next day and scheduled the job for a week later so they would have time to gather the components they needed. To prepare for the project, we moved out of the bedroom and moved furniture around to give them easy access with the tub, and we removed the trim around the old tub. They didn’t show. When I called, they claimed the job was not on the schedule and nobody there had any recollection of talking to me. No mention was made of rescheduling, or accommodating us in any way. Needless to say, I am now looking for another contractor. I suspect they underbid the job and just didn’t want to do it. I hope their estimator was not just casing my house. Avoid Henson.

Jason (tech) was just at my house! Not so sure he knows what he’s doing as this has his second visit on a two year old unit. He shared he was going to miss Thanksgiving (sounds like he has an issue with this job). Running emergency heat that I can’t remove from emergency or the heat will go off. Tech totally ignored my sister as she asked a general question. I intend on updating the reviews on this company & tech until this issue is fixed. I’m renting so I’m working within my control.

I just had Paul out to my house to see what was wrong with my AC unit. He was here in the time frame they said he would be. That was a good start. He looked over the outside and inside units and explained what the issues were and offered several options for repair. I am very pleased with Paul and Henson. The cost of repairs was not out of line in the least, given the time and materials Paul had to use. I had never done business with them, but believe I will now be a loyal customer. I just hope I don’t need them very often…

This company installed new heating and air in our home. We have had nothing but problems. They promised to complete certain parts of the job that were NEVER finished. We finally had another HVAC co. Come and replace or repair all mistakes. Would not recommend!
