Justin is, first and foremost, a salesman; I was taken in by his good old boy charm. Once I signed the contract, a different Justin appeared.
The problems I had are too numerous for the short space allowed for this review, so here is just a small sample: Justin signed a contract for our drainage/​landscape job in mid-​April 2010, then delayed the start of job for so long that by the time he finished in May, it was too late for the grass seed to germinate and the trees & shrubs struggled in the heat.
On numerous occasions, he would promise to show up and then no-​show.
They left the drainage job unfinished on a Friday and the weekend rains completely flooded the entirety of our basement with both water and MUD. We had never had a flood like that before. I called Justin so he could clean up the mess, but he did not answer his phone! I had to find someone else to pump out my basement.
