We provide appraisal services in 8 different counties (i.e. Boone, Cabell, Kanawha, Lincoln, Logan, Putnam, Mingo and Wayne). Our firm also purchases potential investment properties for income producing purposes. We buy homes! If you are looking to list/​place your home for sale we can also help you with that process by providing you all the pertinent market knowledge to valuing your property for listing purposes.

My name is Mike Allie and I am a native to the Logan area. I have an post graduate education with a Bachelor’s Degree in Science. My family (father) has been in real estate construction/​investment since the 1940’s. I returned home after school to follow in his footsteps. I am happily married with three lovely children and still reside in the Logan area. I look forward to aiding you in whatever real estate adventure you are seeking.
