Honestly, I was trying to try out this place. I am in Lodi and I wanted boba. So I decided I’ll go here during my break, and I’ll call the place and have a phone order.
I called 3x, and the phone just keeps ringing and ringing. So I never ended up going there. I am not sure if the information on Unilocal is not updated or maybe they don’t answer their phones here? I am not very happy with the fact it was a weekday and no one answered their phone between the hours of 6−8pm.

Honestly was looking forward to this place but I am throughly disappointed.
The fusion drinks (which is supposed to be a soda drink) was flat and not fizzy. The boba in the milk tea was hard. The drink itself tasted good though. A small was $ 3.50 and a large was $ 4.
The shaved snow was $ 8 and super small. You get three toppings. We got condensed milk, Nutella, and strawberries. We got vanilla flavored shaved snow. It tasted good but the shaved snow was icy in texture and already melted when it got to our table. For $ 8 the size and amount of toppings was not worth it.
The brick house looked delicious. Super pretty and everything. But the taste was horrid. The toast wasn’t at all toasted. It was bland and sad. The little toasts on the inside was the worst of it all. Soaked in butter (tasted like old butter and meat) and soggy. I spat it out right when I put it in my mouth. It was $ 12 for the whole thing. We left all bread pieces and only at the fruits and ice cream.
Overall our bill came out to be $ 30 for a small shaved snow, 1 small and 1 large drink, and a brick house.
The service was standard. Welcome in, get order, and bring our order. Nothing special. No smiles are suggestions or anything.
The Unilocal reviews got me hyped to come here but now I’m disappointed and have a bad taste in my mouth.

Always come here for dinner with my girlfriend, she loves the phở soup I love the rice pork rice dish I always order double meat because portions are kind of small. With my dinner I order the Mango tea without boba, and it’s always delicious. This place is fairly new I like it better than the businesses that have been in same building before, more people need to come here! The owners are very friendly!

I’ll have to agree with another reviewer, super nice staff, but a little slow. The Viet iced coffee was rich, creamy, and full flavored. Mango smoothie w boba and rainbow jelly was tasty w good texture. The spring rolls had nice flavor but on the skinny side. We had one order of pork and shrimp and another of the vegetarian, which had fried tofu inside. This was a quick snack stop. I would be interested in returning to try the desserts– notably that brick monstrosity.

Super nice staff. Just a little slow, but finally an Asian drink and dessert place in Lodi:) love the Korean tacos and popcorn chicken. Drink Menu could use a few more options and food menu could use Some banh mi, but overall I’m glad there’s at least one option in Lodi.

I ordered the combination Phở, the broth was blan no flavor only had sriracha and hoisin sauce on the table. I asked for fish sauce and the waiter didn’t know what I was talking about smh it only came in one size. The portions was small like to feed a 12 year old, I’m a grown ass man, I was still hungry after I ate this blan ass phở, I than ordered the chicken wings which was pretty good. Probably won’t come back for phở but maybe next time I’ll try their deserts. Gave it 3 stars cause of the chicken. Hard to find good phở in lodi

The customer service here was great! The two men working were super nice! The place has a modern look and very clean. We got milk tea and peach tea which were very good. I highly recommend this place!

Cook to order food. great taste, great owner, sauces are good, The gold fish are relaxing. The only thing I would like is my BEEF to be chopped in BIG PIECES. I just like my food BIG an not small. Not a big deal just ME… GOOD JOB KEVIN.

The kids and I checked this place out for an early lunch. I honestly didn’t know the place had change from Bamboo Basil so we were surprised by the new place. We checked out the menu and decided to stay. Its a little bare inside and you order at the counter. We ordered tofu, popcorn chicken, and a rice plate w/​beef and shrimp. I also ordered a passion fruit black tea w/​boba. Total $ 25
We were the only ones in the place and it took about 10 minutes for the food to appear. The popcorn chicken is ok. Its a good portion but it needs some kind of dipping sauce. The tofu was also «just ok» if not a little greasy but the kids liked it. I was a fan of the of the rice plate although the portion was smaller than I am use to. The shrimps were small but seasoned well and the beef was very good!
The tea was AMAZING! That is my usual go to when getting boba but I have never had real passion fruit in the drink. Usually its flavored with syrup but this one had actual pieces of fruit! I will be coming back to try more of their drinks for sure! It was $ 5 for a large with boba which is on high side but I’m willing to pay when it includes fresh ingredients!
There are also a few desserts on the menu that I would like to try. They were on the pricey side ($ 12 for a brick dessert?!) So maybe we will pop in just for dessert one night?!

Tried this place again and we were so so impressed! I was really happy to see more options on the menu including vegetarian ones. I tried the vegetarian spring rolls and the fried tofu. The spring rolls were outstanding! Would’ve like more veggies in it but it was still really good. The tofu was really good too, just a little too wet for my liking. I’d ask for it to be fried a little more next time. They were both served with a peanut dipping sauce that is out of this world. I was so impressed with the food! We also ordered a brick house again and this time it had a ton of fruit on it which was a great addition!
We were seated and waited on promptly and the waitress was really friendly.
I’m so glad this place is doing well and they’ve improved a lot since our first visit. I hope they continue on the path they’re going because it’s really a great place.

Went in with my husband and daughter, we were the only ones there and it took 5 minutes for someone to decide to seat us then another 5 and my husband getting up to ask for menus and a high chair for the second time. When she finally came back she came with one menu and wasn’t sure if they had a second one. She apologized because they were new, to find out they had been opened for a little over a month. After waiting 20 min for our order to be taken I was ready to leave but my husband suggested we stay since it couldn’t possibly take to long for our food to come since we were still the only ones there
. boy was he wrong. after another 20 minutes our meals came out, and the amount of food was less then satisfactory and it had no flavor. We then had to ask for our chicken wings app which came 10 minutes after, this is where they got something right, the flavor was great, however the wing was mostly skin. All in all we will NEVER go back and deeply miss the restaurant that was there before it! If you don’t mind small portions and minimal flavor then you shouldn’t have a problem but I myself would like more then 4 bites of meat and bay shrimp in their house special.

I saw this place as I was driving by one day and saw on their sign they had boba and thought I have to try them one day. Well today was that day. First of all when i called in my to go order I made sure to ask if the Phở was gluten free as well as the Boba and yes they are. I ordered the beef Phở and a strawberry boba. When I’ve gotten boba in the past from different places it was way too sweet and I’m not a fan of super sugary drinks. This boba was perfect it was not super sweet at all just mildly sweet I loved it. The Phở was amazing so much flavor for sure. The broth was hot even to the last bite and I got it to go. I was extremely impressed with this place. The workers were so very kind when I went to pick up the order. I will definitely be back!!!

Stopped in for a quick bite and got the vegetarian spring rolls! They were very tasty and did not have cilantro in them!!! YAY! Hate cilantro, the peanut dipping sauce was delicious and complimented the spring rolls! Service was fast, friendly, and efficient!!! Will go again when visiting Lodi! :)

I walked in after the gym, asked if there was a paper menu to call in my order (I live around the block) Answer. «No.» Ok, Good luck with that! No offer to let me see the one there, no explanation, just, «No» Good Day Sir. Number 4 restaurant in that location.

The phở was phở-​king plain as bread, there was more flavor in the ice water. The rice plates are good tho.

Tra-​riffic! A great meal with excellent service. I ordered the wings for the low, low price of $ 5 and was blown away. Crunchy and flavorful. I also had an iced coffee that was very tasty. A bit sweet, but once some of the ice melted I was in heaven. Would recommend!

After reading a negative review about the quality of the Phở served here I had to come check it out for myself. The restaurant is essentially in start up mode and is working to define its identity. The menu is limited to Vietnamese food and hopefully will expand in the future.
In my opinion my Phở was acceptable in taste and content. I have had better of course and I am always searching for that perfect bowl of noodles. I’m looking forward to trying a few other things that are offered. I’m willing to recommend this as a should try. Perhaps they can and will kick up their game to reflect true Asian fusion!

Excellent food, excellent service, the manager was very kind, just an overall welcoming atmosphere, and a great food experience, its a must try !

Tra fusions food, drinks, and desserts are on point! Best phở I’ve had in the area and their brick toast is amazing!
