We can help straighten teeth with CFast– cosmetically focused adult straight teeth in 6 – 8 months.

Our Trudenta program can help you with headache relief.

Sedation Dentistry: We do offer sedation to help with relaxation during the visit and can offer brighter, healthier smiles.

With special emphasis on preventive dentistry, we are part of a study with UCSF dental school to help reduce risk of dental decay. If you would like to be part of this research and get your risk reducing products at no cost during the two year study, please call to see if you are a candidate.

Established in 2005.

After starting in the dental field as an assistant, Dr. Clauson went to UCLA School of Dentistry. After practicing in the Bay Area, she established her private practice in Lodi practicing continuously in the same location for 15 years. She relocated to the current practice with former owner Dr. Michael Pickett in 2005.

I am a new patient at Dr. Clauson’s office and was amazed at the high level of service that I recieved. The staff was all very friendly and was very good at explaining everything that they were doing. They also went over my treatment plan and the cost prior to scheduling any work. Dr. Clauson sat down and spoke to me for several minutes just to get to know me a little. That was a nice change from my experinces with other dental offices I have used in the past. The cost of service was also reasonable especially when you pair it with the quality of service. I would highly recommned Dr. Clauson to anyone who is thinking of changing dental offices. Thank you Dr. Clauson & Staff for such a great experience!

I recently experienced my new patient visit at TLC Dental Care. I was thoroughly impressed with Dr. Clauson and her team! Their lead Hygienist, Lyndsey has great attention to detail and a gentle touch. I have had some aggressive and painful cleanings in the past and I felt no pain during or after my visit thanks to her! I also enjoyed the digital X-rays! They were so fast and appeared right on the monitor where I could see them. They were more comfortable than traditional x-rays I’ve had all my life. I’ve always been poked and gagged during x-rays.
The whole team explained treatments and issues I had with my teeth in a way I (someone who has zero dental knowledge) was able to comprehend and even explain later. I liked the preventative care that I received as well! Other practices I have been to will wait for a cavity to grow and fix it when it inevitably becomes a painful problem, whereas Dr. Clauson prefers to tackle the issue head on! Thank you TLC! I am looking forward to my next visit and feel confident that you can fulfill my dental needs.

I unfortunately deal with a (previously!) pretty terrible case of dental anxiety, and I’ve been to dentists in the past who just weren’t patient enough/equipped to deal with that. I get it, it has to be frustrating. You and your hygienists are just trying to do their jobs and I can’t keep myself together. But Dr. Clauson was so, so amazingly kind and sensitive to my anxiety and her staff is just incredible from the moment you call for your appointment to the «thank you» card I received after my visit. You cannot imagine how grateful I am and how lucky I feel to have found her office. I have been dealing with this issue since childhood and I have never felt as confident and comfortable going to the dentist as I do now.
If you deal with dental anxiety or even just a regular case of“I hate the dentist” like most people, make an appointment with her office. Seriously. I signed up for Unilocal just to leave this review, she’s that good! :)

After explaining problem knowing client was unemployed she charged twice the original quoted amount and then referred them to another dentist were they had to repeat xrays because Clausons office did them backwards and were rendered unusable –would never recommend

I’m going to admit, I’m a little gun shy of the dentist.
Seriously, drilling my mouth? Those shiny little tools? It’s all terrifying to me! That is why I need to be put under a light anesthetic before my mouth can be worked on— just a little laughing gas, that’s all.
Dr. Clauson’s office offers sedation dentistry, which isn’t very popular in Lodi. Even better, she takes my military insurance, which is a plus– that way I don’t have to change dentists every three years. I can always find time to visit my good ol’ hometown and have my mouth drilled!
I enjoy the little camera and television set up that she shows you your teeth with.
The only thing that isn’t very convenient is– she has one hygienist. That’s not good if you have kids that need to get done at the same time.
Dr. Clauson and everyone in her office is nice, friendly and helpful. I definitely like them!
