Stop & Shop

Still doesn’t beat my favorite shopping store, Trader Joes, however, not a bad place to go if you need to pick up a grocery item real fast. I picked up a few cheap cases of spring water here the other day. Prices seemed to be in line with what I expected. The Pathmark around the corner closed, so this is a good back up for when I need to grab something real quick. Has pretty much anything you could want/​need from a traditional food store, some of the prices were just a little higher than I’d expect.

I started shopping here because its very close to my job. BUT its getting ridiculous.
Went the other day & got do frustrated I had to leave empty handed.
First.I needed 3 items… scallions chives & bananas. It was only 1 pm. NO SCALLIONS. NO CHIVES .NO BANANAS… wait what .NO BANANAS @ 1 in the afternoon???
Hmmm OK guess I’ll walk the store to see if I need anything else. Trying to maneuver my way through the dairy aisle seemed impossible due to the worked packing stuff out with his «u-​boat» blocking the aisle & he would not move so I had to leave my cart & walk down the aisle to get what I needed so not to «bother» him. Then in another aisle a worker came out of the back with a u-​boat & almost collided with me. At that point I had ENOUGH. I left my cart & left the store.
EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER CONVENIENCE & VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
Will not be returning
