So we’re on a small road trip and we decide we should stop for coffee. Here’s how it went: One person ordered a Cold Brew and it tasted nothing like a cold brew. I asked for no whipped cream on my Venti Tuxedo with light ice and got back a cup full of ice and whipped cream. We ordered 4 bacon and egg sandwiches and ¾ sandwiches only had half the bacon that it should have had. Terrible experience, would not recommend.

Don’t even bother with this place. Horrible service. I can get a better drink from the Starbucks on the corner in a fraction of the time.

This Starbucks is really convenient since I work right around the corner. Their service is always awful though, always slow and only a select few employees have any customer service skills. I usually go through the drive thru, just because it is supposed to be faster than walking in. But it isnt. I was there last night and all I ordered was a Tazo tea. I waited in line for 10 minutes. It was about 7:30pm, so not during a rush, and no where near closing time. When I finally got up to the window to pay, the lady was very rude, like I hadn’t just been sitting in line forever. She snatched the debt card out of my hand, no smile, no sorry, then I still had to wait for my tea. Although I could see it sitting right behind her, all it needed was a lid. To top everything off, I was looking in the window to see if the lobby was busy, and I hardly saw anyone in there. So what was the issue? I will never go back to this Starbucks location, and I make sure to let everyone know how bad of service they will receive there. I will drive all the way across town, order, and get back to work, in less time than it would take to get something from this Starbucks that is 3 min away.

A Starbucks within a Target store, how convenient! It’s all about the convenience and most definitely NOT about their customer service. I agree with Karri E. when it comes to certain staff and their lack of customer service. I am not sure why people take a job in customer service when they act like they are put out by the world. If you can’t muster up a simple smile and a nice greeting for your customers, then get out of customer service! I am only giving 3 stars because of the lack of consistent customer service.

I’m glad to see Nikki Z. receives great service here, as I’ve been here countless times as well and can’t say my stance is the same. Every time I go here there is an older lady that is working and I’ve come to the conclusion she royally hates her job and really just«needs» to quit. She never is friendly, barely smiles; is very«what can I get you?»(insert peeved look). This of course wouldn’t be a big deal, if my drinks were made correctly – without me having to repeat myself numerous times. Not only this, but if you order something out of the case, 8 out of 10 times she either ignores the fact that you asked or forgets all together to give it to you. Thus having to prompt her again. I don’t know, I’m a pretty simple person and I understand everyone has a bad day. I do to, I’m no angel – but its the repetitiveness of lesser than great service that is disheartening. I love Target. I wish I could love their Starbucks too.

This Starbucks is inside the Target on Kettleman Lane. I come here quite often for cake-pops and my nonfat soy Green Tea Latte! Samantha and Jason are always happy to see me, and know exactly what I want, obviously due to me being there WAAAAAAY too much! There is another girl who works here who is also really friendly and knows my drink too, but I cannot recall her name:-(Sorry… All in all, I prefer this Starbucks over the others, as they are less busy, which makes the staff more personable and aware of their regular customer’s order, which makes the line move quicker when needed. I hope they get Almond Milk one of these days… hint hint:-)
