People get so upset that they get denied, but it’s not our fault that they don’t pay there bills on time. So tell me!.. who’s the air head here.

The women that work here are very rude, inconsiderate, and just plain stupid. The lady who sits right next to the door as you walk in is such an air head it’s like talking to a wall. How do people like this even stay in business? I guess I didn’t pass the credit check And they didn’t even call me to this day let us know we are denied. But they sure don’t mind cashing the $ 60 check. Screw these people it seems like they would not be a good company to rent through any ways.

Stay away! Take your business elsewhere. These people are unprofessional.
The last months rent we drop off the money order in their dropbox, they then say nothing was every received, yet we check with the money order service and they tell us it was cashed out. Shady much?
Second, they didn’t give us our 12,000+ deposit back. 800 bucks for not giving them our 30 days notice — excuse me! We dropped the written paper off at your office. Let me guess, you lost that too? Second, she charged 300 for lawn service? What did you expect, she didn’t come to look at the house until a couple of weeks after we moved out. Grass grows! Cleaning 140? Are you serious? She had the nerve to charge us that even when I looked her in the eye — this was when she came to look at the house to make sure everything was okay — and said everything looked good! We paid for carpet cleaning yet they still took 50 from our deposit. In the end we were left with nothing. The worst part was they waited until the last minute — and after multiple ignored calls — that we would not be getting our deposit. She took advantage of us by telling us all this after we had paid for carpet cleaning and had cleaned the entire house. What was the point then?
After ignoring our phone calls we finally go there and SHE finally tells us all this. Why couldn’t you return our calls? The other woman there gave me the dirty look the whole time I was there. Seriously rude and unprofessional.
Beware, they will take all of your deposit money. C’mon, we left it spotless. But we made sure the inside was super clean. And she event told us it was clean, yet still charged us all that money.
They don’t return calls and they will find a way to keep your deposit money. Take a look at their Google reviews too, all negative. Not surprised at all after looking at their online reviews. Not one happy customer.
STAY AWAY. Especially from the dishonest smoking lady. They don’t care about you and they always delay. It’s October now, we moved out in August, why did it take so long to tell us all this? And that’s only because we kept trying to call them, otherwise who knows if they ever would have told us.

i regret renting from them they are all super rude especially the old lady who sounds like shes been smoking since she was born its disgusting. but anywasy they are not friendly at all and dont really care for there tenants, our toilet was out of service when we moved in and went on for about 3 months she kept saying the repair man was booked until i told her im not gonna pay rent until its fixed and he came over that same day to fix it and in the end she said it was our fault and took it out of the deposit! go figure! wouldnt recomend them !!

I have NEVER been so displeased with a Rental Property company in my life. They are untrue their word and when called apon it, its complete denial. Do not wish this company on my worst emeny.
