We have taken traditional Korean recipes and added a modern twist making all our dishes truly unique.

I am the owner and chef of Piquant.
My passion is to create Korean dishes my way, a modern way.
My dish looks pretty as your eyes will see it first and it is light to your taste. I only use 100% Vegetable Oil or Olive Oil. Seasoning is minimal with Kosher Salt, Cracked Pepper Corn, Fresh Garlic and Fresh Ginger with light Soy sauce.
I do not have a fabulous resume of cooking experience, however,
I am having a lot of fun cooking with my staff for my customers. All dishes are made to order (NOT pre-made) as if I am cooking for my family and FRIENDS!
