I went in about a week before Christmas looking for a Christmas ornament.
I had my very antsy toddler with me so my plan was to get in and get out.
Customer service was friendly and I was greeted promptly when I walked in.
It didn’t take me long to pick out what I needed. Check out wasn’t so smooth. The ornament that I chose didn’t have a tag on it and it took about 5 min for the clerks to find the proper sku. I’m pretty a patient person but with an overactive, squirmy little person, my patience was quickly fading. This is not my first experience like this with Pier 1, hence the 3-star review.

Got some pretty cool stuff at somewhat decent prices. I have found the staff to be friendly. They have lots of unique items. If you want to decorate with an African theme, this is your place.
