Al & his staff helped me to clean out our two businesses & my home after my husband passed away… I was not in any shape physically & mentally to do anything. They carefully neatly organized all of our treasures in advance & even diligently put aside items I may not want to sell or discard.
I highly recommend this company without any hesitation. Al is very knowledgeable with all items & his staff is always ready to assist you with a smile.
Best of all, they cleaned our places after the sale & scheduled all pick ups for items you want to give away to the Charity of your choice.

I brought friends & family members to check out one of their Estate sale last week in Stockton. The person in charge «Marie» was rude. Most of her crew looked exhausted on the first day of the estate sale. Marie makes you feel uncomfortable to ask anything about the items. It felt like «hurry up!, «Buy quick!», «Give me the money now!, «Next customer»!. It was rushed.
The tags were retail prices. I heard people laughing about the prices. Shocked alright. Because its a estate sale, NOT BLOOMINGDALES! Even some crew members thought things were priced ridiculously way up the ladder. VERY VERY VERY VERY HIGH PRICES. I can pass over the price tags but the rudeness of Marie just blew my mind. The rudeness is toxic that some customers ended up being rude & bothered too. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS COMPANY FOR THE ESTATE SALE.

The prices are INSANE I went to an estate sale they were holding in a home and the prices were ASTRONOMICAL whatever you think is high multiply it by 10. They are a group of sour pusses rude and not at all friendly. Smh I mean I wish I would’ve have video taped it. Used pedicure tub 25 $ used washer & dryer broken down looking at least 10 years old 300 dollars? Used face towels $ 4 they even had glasses for $ 75 dollars EACH omg even if you were willing to pay sky high prices most won’t because they are rude and their customer service sucks. makes you sad for who every family passed and why they didn’t facilitate the sale themselves? I’d be livid if I herd a company to take care of something like this and they handled it with such impolite mean spirit… they suck ass I hope none of them make any profit.

I would rate the store itself a 3 because the prices are usually higher than I like to pay. I did find an antique Singer Sewing Machine that I bought without any discounts because I loved it so much.
The customer service isn’t always great; I have had a couple 2 star experiences. However the man who runs it is always a 5!
They have an amazing monthly warehouse sale! I have gone to this over 5 times. The warehouse sale is what makes this place so great because it helps them move their inventory quickly allowing them to lower prices quickly as well. Needless to say if you are waiting for something to lower in price and you don’t mind possibly losing it to another buyer you may find yourself picking up some amazing deals on antiques! This place can be a hit or miss and some months can definitely be a miss. A couple visits I would have given them 2 stars but the 5 star experiences and the main man bring it up to a 4 stars for me.

I went to the store on 9÷17÷13 to discuss with them about all household goods from my Mom’s house in Sacramento. I gave the person a detailed list of what was in the house. She confirmed that they could go to the house to pick up all the goods, bring them to Lodi, put them in the showroom for 90 days & then what doesn’t see would be donated to a local charity. I was advised that the owner would be calling me soon (he was out for 3 days) & he would arrange to meet me in Sac so he could see how many trips they would need to make, mileage to and from, in order to give me an estimate. I was also advised that the cost would be $ 50 for them to go to Sac… nonrefundable if we did not use the company. As of today, I have not received a call (gave 2 phone numbers) from the owner. The house is in escrow and should be closed by Monday the 30^th. This is the worst service I have ever received from anyone! I am so thankful for another consignment store who stepped up to the plate to take care of everything for me at the last minute. I will NEVER step a foot inside their store and will let everyone I know to stay away. If they didn’t want the job, a phone call would have been appreciated and the only professional thing to do!

Went in there looking for a table. Walked in no one said anything to me. Looked at me, but never said, hi, can I help you, looking for something? Not a word. Walked around the entire store, with no help at all. If you cant give me the time of day, I wont give you my money! Wont go back.

Super rude and way too expensive! No signs posted about credit card minimum or cash only. Staff was incredibly rude and unpleasant. Will never support this business.

I haven’t been in here in over a year, due to prices being so high last time. This time, it seems they got wind of this, as their prices matched the item being sold. I came here looking for an antique small dresser, and a vanity, as our master bath’s ceiling is slanted from the roof, and I can’t stand up! (But that’s another issue, and when I find a contractor to fix it, I will Unilocal him!) So they had a 20% off sale, and the place was packed! All their items were in really good condition, and most were not what you can find in a regular furniture store.
I instantly found a small dresser that matched my bed, and guess what, it was ONLY $ 58! And it was high quality/​perfect condition! I think they priced it too low, but hey, the bargain is mine for the taking!
I went up to the register and asked the woman there if they had any vanities. I told her the one I saw was way too pricey for what I needed. Sherry, came around the register, and walked around the store helping me look. She remembered an item just came in and took me to the back corner of the store, where the perfect sized vanity WITH A MIRROR was! Voila! Sherry found me a great item, and guess what? Yep, this was also cheap! $ 40! I should post pics, but I am a private person so if you want a great item, antique or otherwise, head down to New & Again and ask for Sherry!
Oh and they sell «The World’s Best Chocolate» bars on the counter for $ 1.00! So you have something to nibble on while searching for that perfect item!

Great store, constantly a new selection of useful and interesting pieces.
I have both shopped at and consigned with New & Again.
As for the consignment aspect, they are really easy to work with. There are designated drop off days, Tues., Thurs., & Sat. If you’re bringing a lot of stuff or if you’re bringing large items, they ask that you call ahead to make sure there are people to help unload and move the items.
You work with a New & Again employee to come up with a realistic price for your items that you both feel comfortable with. Your items hit the sales floor (often tagged with signs that read «Check me out, I’m new here») at the original asking price. After a predetermined about of time, your item is marked down 25%, and then down to 50% after another long stretch of time. You have the option after so many months, to donate or pick-​up your item (s).
You make 50% of what the item sold for. Example: sold for $ 100, you make $ 50. I know, it seems simple, but just in case. All profits are paid by check on Fridays ONLY.
I have sold nearly a dozen items through New & Again. It’s a nice alternative to Craigslist. You don’t have to hassle with delivery, meeting people in store parking lots, or people you don’t know coming to your house to pick-​up items. This way the items are on display for people to see, measure and touch.

This is a great consignment store! When I come in here I feel like I’m looking at really cool, unique things, almost like a museum, rather than looking at a store full of people’s old crap. The worker was really nice and gave us half off on a ring (that was already cheap, but still it made us happy). The manager was very nice as well.

If you are thinking of consigning here… think twice. I brought in an antique/​Victorian love seat for them to sell. They gave me a range of value on their «Consignment Listing Form». I thought the range was a bit low but what do I know. They ended up deciding to ask the lowest value. And now the gripe… they sold it (put on layaway) the day after I brought it in, before it was even put on the sales floor! Now, you can go in the back room and look at the new stuff before it is brought out to the floor. But this just reeks of the ‘Good olé boy network’ or an ‘Insider Transaction’. I don’t trust these guys and won’t consign with New and Again ever Again!

This is the best consignment store in the valley I have found since moving here from the bay area. I have shopped many consignment stores but the turnover in this place makes it an outstanding store to shop on a weekly basis. They price the items to SELL not to keep in the shop until they get the price the owner wants. I appreciate a store that benefits the seller and the buyer. Make sure to go to their monthly warehouse sale. It has many hidden items for a quick sale.

Love New & Again! They have great, affordable stuff and it changes all of the time. The staff is always nice and helpful. I have three pieces of furniture from there and also some art. They also have great sales on a regular basis. The last thing I bought there was a crystal chandelier candelabra and I love it.
