We sell a variety of gas grills in propane or natural gas, charcoal grills, and smokers with about 30 on display and extensive inventory for cheaper than Home Depot or Lowe’s. At Modern we have all available repair parts for gas grills in stock or ready to order from Weber-​Stephen, Music City Metals, Modern Home Products, and OMC. We feature excellent deals on Big Green Egg charcoal grill and smoker and their accessories. Grill rentals, propane tank rentals, and heater rentals are also available. Propane delivery is available for BBQ tanks from our sister website www​.Jack​Gas​.com. Forklift Hi-​Lo tanks are refilled on site or delivered as needed and new forklift tanks are available for sale. The store is full of fun BBQ accessories including tools, sauces, rubs, flavored wood chips, Wicked Good Lump Charcoal, brushes, grill baskets, and cook books. We also sell gas heaters and fireplaces in propane or natural gas.

Modern Propane is a family owned business in its second generation of ownership. We believe a business should sell it cheap and stack it deep. We sell more product than any business like us because of our aggressive pricing policy and we make up for low margins with high quantity, but quality never suffers.
