Mazda of Lodi is a very welcoming group of people. From the owner to the staff, it’s difficult to find truthful car dealerships but Mazda of Lodi is a dealership I can rely on.

The team at Mazda is awesome. The staff is genuine and very honest. Even though I did not purchase a vehicle today from them. I will be going back to Mazda of lodi. I have dealt with many other dealerships and none of them compare to the quality and service that Mazda of lodi provides. And if your reading this review I do not work there but they treated me like family and that is very hard to find. I can’t wait till my current lease is up and get into the new CX-​9. Great customer service is really hard to find, well I guess my luck changed on Friday afternoon. I was recommended to get an auto detailing at this place. I’m glad I listened to my friend this dealership is exceptional.
I was greeted by Charlie, great guy by the way. He welcomed me to the shop and got my keys for the detailing guys to roll in my car. He mentioned that it would take about 40min to an hour for the job so he offered freshly brewed Starbucks coffee. What a treat! So I took my cup of joe and hung around the waiting area which is more like a living room. Flat screen TV, snacks for purchase and more coffee if you want. I also started to browse through the new Mazda models and inquired about prices. The staff attentively answered all of my questions. They really exceeded the expectations.
Long story short, my car was impeccable after the detailing. I love the brand new look. I would recommend this business to all my friends and family.

I love this Mazda dealer compared to the one in Wayne because of the atmosphere and staff; which are by the way very friendly and knowledgable. Rasheed is a great salesman and overall a friendly guy and Dave that works at the car service desk is very helpful and nice. I guarantee that you’ll leave this place with a smile on your face. Had an awesome car buying experience at Mazda of Lodi! We were greeted right at the door. Mike D. made us feel like a VIP customers right from the start. He knew his craft and were very knowledgeable about the cars they offered! Manager Charlie gave us a sweet deal & smooth transactions! We went in there to window-​shop but walked out as brand new owners of a Mazda CX-​5! Highly recommended!

My wife and I just moved to NJ from NYC and it was time to get a car. I did my research before hand and knew we wanted a Mazda CX 5.
I found Mazda of Lodi online because they had good reviews — I figured that would be where I started.
I called to make sure they could fit us in on a Saturday and they did.
We met Alexis and Charlie and they showed us exactly what we wanted to see. They made the leasing process easy and they were very reasonable on making the numbers work for what we were looking for.
They made it painless and easy and we drove away in our new CX 5 shortly after.
Regardless of buying or leasing from here or anywhere else I suggest doing your research before hand. It makes your life so much easier. Know the type of car or cars your considering, what is a fair price and what you’re able to spend, it keeps haggling to a minimum and everyone wins.

Figured that after all the coffee I’d spilled, all the dust that’s blown in, and all the salt on my car’s exterior, it’s time to get it cleaned. Came here for detailing as per Nicole’s recommendation, and was certainly not disappointed! Whole thing took 1.5hr which passed easily with some complimentary Starbucks coffee, and staff was very friendly. They also promptly fixed any issues that arose after at no cost.
After the whole deal, my car looked and smelled like new (love the citrusy scent!!) Now it’s my job to keep it that way…

I was in need of a car detail, as there was a bit of salt, smudge, and dirt buildup in my car. Since it was the beginning of March and the weather was nicer out, I figured it was time.
Scheduling was a breeze with Nicole, who did a nice job of coordinating. I arrived for my appointment, my car was taken in, and I was shown the waiting area. There’s a free Starbucks coffee and cocoa machine, in the waiting area. I tried out the cocoa. It was pretty good.
About an hour and a half later, my car came out with a nice sparkle. The interior was clean and smelled nice. There wasn’t any grease from the cleaning agents on the upholstery. My tires were nicely dressed and the exterior was also thoroughly cleaned.
Throughout the experience, I was introduced to the general manager Charlie, parts and services manager Henry, and the owner Glenn. I was glad to make their acquaintance, as they took good care of any issue that arose with my car.

Won’t be back… can’t trust their service dept. last visit my brakes were green and my tires were red according to their techs. I said I’ll do the tires next time. Today the tires are yellow and the brakes are red all of a sudden.“Lou” told me last time I had to get the tires done and today no mention of that. But found $ 2000 worth of stuff. How does this place always have a $ 500+ bill always for an oil change? How is something so bad and 3 months later not an issue and vice Versa. Can’t trust anything they say. When I bring it up «lou» says to me «so what u gonna do about it». I said real simple… Go back to Wayne Mazda. Funny part when I dropped my car off I said I was trading it in soon and probably my last oil change. Just lost a car sale lodi. PS… I have the paperwork to show the strange healing of my tires and decline of my brakes

After being a ford customer for 10 years, I was a little hesitant to check out a Mazda for my wife. From the second we walked in the door, we were treated like we were the dealerships main customer. Rashed was our salesmen and truly gave us the best deal that the store would allow him to do. Unlike previous dealership visits, we were in and out with a new car in 90 minutes. I would highly recommend Rashed and Mazda of Lodi to anyone looking for a new vehicle. Can’t wait to go back for mine in a few months! Thank you again Rashed and Mazda of Lodi!

So fresh. So clean. Yesterday, I decided to pamper my car by going to Mazda of Lodi for an Interior and Exterior Car Detailing. While I was there, I got an Oil Filter change as well. Upon entering the establishment, I was greeted by several warm faces and smiles. I had called ahead to set up an appointment, so I was taken right away. As I waited, I indulged on some complimentary Starbucks coffee, which was delicious. The results were amazing. I’m not a mess when it comes to the cleanliness of my car, but the exterior definitely needed some help. When I walked outside, it was sparkling and smelled fantastic too. The service takes some time, but it is because they take care in making your car look great. Not to worry, I had a book with me, so the time was well spent. I met the owner, Glenn, and he kindly welcomed me to Mazda and made sure I was being taken care of properly. Currently I own a Hyundai (party foul), but they gladly accepted me.
Thank you to everyone at Mazda of Lodi for a pleasant experience. Sometimes car dealerships and service centers can be a painful trip, but that’s not the case here!

why are all the 1 star reviews hidden? weird. ANYWAYS…
i was looking for a used car with low mileage to purchase and also to trade in my car. i came here. it ended up being a huge waste of my time.
i had went to several dealerships to get quotes on the trade in value for my old car. each dealership was able to match the price i asked for without hassling me except for this one. they first offered me «a couple hundred» off a car they could make a couple thousand off of. when i said i couldn’t do that, something to the tune of «well, some woman just came in and she sold us her car for a couple hundred» was said. lol. they finally came up to what i asked.
so now about the car i was interested in. the kbb value of the car was in the $ 7500 range, but the sticker price outside was listed as $ 12 000. i saw their «internet price» of $ 8500 and pointed this out when we first discussed price. took the car for a test drive and inspected it the way my father taught me. realized that i would have to replace all four tires given how bald they were. brake pads needed to be replaced, and the alignment needed to be redone. i offered $ 7000 given the immediate repairs i’d need to make. i was surprised that none of this had been done prior to putting the car out on the lot.
i guess being that i was a woman that came to the dealership they didn’t expect me to go back and forth bargaining with them as much as i did. at one point the sales guy, the sales manager, and one of the other managers came into the office area and really tried to hard sell me a car and guilt me into paying a ridiculous price. when i wouldn’t go as high as they wanted one of them tried the «i thought you wanted to buy a car and i’m trying to pull all these strings for you and you’re getting me in trouble with my boss» bs. LOL.
so, when we agreed to a price around what i had asked for, they came back with a printout of the price breakdown. i could only look at it for a few minutes though, and wasn’t allowed to hold on to the paper. wtf? so i wrote down all the ridiculous fees i saw them add in to try and market up the price. i inquired about all these extra charges (~$ 1500 in charges mind you) and the salesman couldn’t explain to me what most were. one that he could explain was the $ 600 dealer prep fee (ie: the paperwork of transferring over plates, title, registration, insurance, etc). weird how their fee is almost double what most other dealerships have.
after almost an hour of nonsense, when i finally thought we had a deal worked out, they came back with the final offer and it ended up being even more than what they initially proposed. (?!?) i declined and thanked him for his time but i said i’d sleep on it. i was then told that customers were coming to look at it the next day and it was expecting to sell by the weekend and blah blah blah the same sales rhetoric you always get when they try to make you nervous about losing the deal. But by you walking away they are the ones losing the deal, not you. I was contacted a couple times after this to see if I was going to come back to look at the car, but that experience left a bad taste in my mouth and I don’t think I’ll ever be back.
I ended up going to a different dealership and got exactly what I was looking for with a fraction of the hassle, btw. :)

This place totally blew my expectations. After going hiking, beach outings and just everyday mess my car was in need of a detailing. A few Jersey friends had told me about this place and since it wasn’t too far from Queens (about 35 mins) I decided to make an appointment.
I hate been late so I was about half an hour early and was completely shocked when they took my car right away and I didn’t have to wait.
Charlie took my car and was super nice and friendly and told me not to worry it wouldn’t take too long and he was right about an hour and half later my car was done!
I was shocked when I got my car back it looked just like when I bought it. Super shiny and clean, even my tires looked brand new :)
The inside looked so nice and smelled so good I didn’t even want to get in because I didn’t want to dirty it haha
Since I spend sometime there I was looking at their inventory not because I need a new car but because I could always window shop and I have to say they had really nice cars.

I needed a detail on my car horribly. I also was due for an oil change. Since I live in the area I needed to see what all the buzz was about on Unilocal about Mazda in Lodi’s service and attention to detailing. It’s been about 2 years since the inside of my car has seen some cleaning loving (since I bought it!) I dropped off my car and got a detail clean and oil change in about an hour. When they pulled my car around the corner she looked so shiny and new! After I sat in her, I swear she looked better than I remember from the day I bought her! I’m FLOORED. Mazda you have my heart!

Mazda’s have really stepped their game up with their new aggressive body style and new look. They are very attractive to the eyes, and are reasonably priced.
I found this dealership to be very spacious, clean and easy to navigate. They have an abundance of brand new and used cars on the lot, as far as your eyes could see. In the waiting area, there is a complimentary Starbucks machine filled with coffee and hot chocolate. In case you’re up for a snack, they have a vending machine to indulge on some goodies while you wait for servicing on your vehicle.
Once I arrived, I was greeted pleasantly by a gentleman by the name of Charlie. He was very nice, professional, knowledgeable, funny, and really easy to talk to. He showed me around the dealership and didn’t pressure me at all. I was provided tons of knowledge on the cars and left very pleased.
