I just went to pick up my car from them after it was towed due to an accident at 8pm at night. I was expecting to pay for one night storage and a tow fee the car was in its storage for less then 15hrs. well they over charge me they said It was two days storage and tow fee. Very expensive and rude. I would of had my car fixed but sense I had to speak with 3 ppl to get the price off towing and storage it felt like they were making it up as they went along. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, NOT SURE HOW THEY HAVE BEEN IN BUSINESS FOR 40 YRS OR HOW ANY CITY USES THEM AS THERE TOW COMPANY… STAY AWAY

Just got my car towed to the Volvo dealership after hitting a pothole by Gary from Main Auto Body. He was more than courteous and friendly when he arrived to pick up my car, 30 minutes before the estimated arrival time. He quickly hooked up my car and we were on our way to the dealership.
I couldn’t have had a friendly tow truck driver than him, and I was very satisfied with the experience overall.

For all the times I’m my driving life that I needed body work done. These guys always took care of me with pride and quality work. I recommend these guys to anyone who needs some on some work done on their car

They were are very expensive. When I picked up the car (after like 5k worth of repair), it was not even washed! Moreover they even forgot to reset a couple of warning lights.

I was referred here by my insurance for repairs to by back bumper. Made the appointment and within the same week had the appraisal completed. They booked me for repairs about 3 weeks later (my car was road-​safe, just not pretty looking on the back end — bumper was scratched up pretty bad, bent out of shape due to the impact and the tailgate was dented well too)
When I dropped the car off for the repairs that Monday, they had an adjuster come out to reveiw the condition of the car with me (existing dents and dings) and said they would give me a call as the week went on but it would be ready by Friday.
Turns out they had to perform some additional work due to a previous accident that was never repaired to be able to fix the bumper and tailgate, so I had to pay for that out of pocket but they were upfront about the costs before I authorized the repairs.
Friday afternoon they called, my car was ready to pick up after work and when I got there I could have sworn they had given me a brand new car — Washed inside and out, waxed, the whole 9.
They took care of all the insurance paperwork, all the insurance calls, worked with the other driver’s insurance company for payment from them — just made it an incredibly easy experience to have my car fixed after being in an accident that wasn’t my fault. I would go back to them in a heart beat.

My first time here and already quick and fast service. I actually enjoyed coming here to get my car fixed after I wrecked it in a fender bender. Christopher serviced me and had the work done on my car in a matter of four days. What I appreciated the most was that they buffed out my head light (which they didn’t have to do), then, fixed my windows by cleaning them up as well. Not only that, they washed my car and cleaned the inside. Can’t complain
