History

Established in 2008.

Out first location was opened in Webserstown Mall in stockton CA. Its the first Eyebrow Threading store in Central Valley. Eyebrow Masters first time introduced Eyebrow Threading to Stockton and Lodi areas.

Today we are located all over central valley. You can visit any of our locations.

Horrible Staff. I initially purchased my membership in Stockton where I began threading my eyebrows. Since I live in Lodi I decided to try this place. Ive been here MULTIPLE times. and most of the times I’ve left upset. The lady threading my eyebrows does not listen or care when I tell her I feel her hurting my eyebrow skin almost like a rug burn… She continues to do her job… my eye brows look good upon finishing. until I wake up the next day and have SCABBS all over my eye brows and chin… This happened one time DAYS before my Wedding… I was soo upset, fortunately it did not scar… Stay away from this place. I’ve given them multiple chances.

I have come to this location ever since it opened in November 2011, in beginning I absolutely loved getting my brows done here. I especially loved when the owner threaded my brows because she did a great job.
Her staff on the other hand are the epitome of inconsistency. I cannot tell you how many times I have left disappointed and had to fix there mistakes or had to grow out my eyebrows because my brow arch were uneven. Because of this I probably come in once every three months and strictly say clean up only and no shaping. Also, the language barrier makes it really hard to communicate with the staff when there’s a problem with a customer’s eyebrows. Personally, I do not invest in a brow membership because to consistently get mediocre service is just no worth it. Additionally, I hate trying to get coax in by her staff members in getting a membership; a person can only say ‘no’ so may times in one visit (I mean this in the most nicest way but they really need to know how to take a hint when a person is just not interested).

I get my eyebrows done here all the time. The staff is great and always leaves my brows looking fantastic. I’m always getting complements about my eyebrows. Definitely recommend.

I went here the other day. I noticed one of the girls. She looked to be quite young not sure any of the names, had gloves on. She went from one person to the next, handling cash and never once changed her gloves. What is the point of wearing them? Gross! It was a choppy eyebrow job. Will have to reshape myself. I hope she reads this and realizes people notice things like that. I love eyebrow threading cause they always do a great job reshaping your eyebrows. But not here. I will not be back.

I’ve been going to the same girl for YEARS. I moved to Lodi and needed my eyebrows done. This was the first place I came across. I was going to get them waxed but during my wait (3 people, ~15 min wait) I noticed how nice the other girls eyebrows turned out. So I told her I’d try threading. Now, it DID hurt. But nothing too unbearable. I LOVED the results and the woman was SO nice. I will definitely make this my new place to go!

I came here a few months ago and literally had half my eyebrow waxed off. I only asked for my eyebrows to be cleaned up. A properly trained person would have never waxed half of an eyebrow off.
