B&T Catering are your wedding specialists! We do more than just cook your food… We have a self contained mobile kitchen that can come to your event and cook for you. Food is served straight from the kitchen to your plate. We specialize in tri-​tip and chicken, however, we are able to make anything you need. If you can bake it, fry it, grill it or smoke it… we can cook it for you. We come with plenty of staff (with our basic service) to handle all of your catering needs. History

Established in 2008.

Brian lost his job due to the economic down-​turn and, as a result, B&T Catering was born!

We have so much enjoyed working with all of the wonderful clients we have had in the corporate, private and wedding industry and look forward to many more years of creating special experiences for others to enjoy.

Your catering experts, Brian and Tina, come from a strong background of hosting and planning events for others. We created B&T Catering because of the passion we have for cooking for our friends and relatives. This passion has grown into a love of cooking for others and creating an atmosphere of stress-​free enjoyment.

With our trailer, we have the ability to cook and serve fresh food at your event. If you can smoke it, grill it, fry it, or bake it we can create it for you! All we need is a parking space for our trailer and we will take it from there. We feel very deeply that customer service is an important part of our business, so that when you hire us for your event, you will not be disappointed.
