I just want to say what a friendly professional operation this is. Jim and his staff are very accommodating and do a fantastic job. I would highly recommend this company.

Never use this company. They never cleaned the property in its entirety. They even left a note on the door saying the grass was too long. It was mowed 4 days prior. It took me two weeks to cancel. Never use this company waste of time and money. Read that the owner called and cursed out another customer. I wish he would.

So convenient, and fast, I don’t even realize they stopped by until I go into my backyard and presto, poop is gone!

Jim and the girls at the office are nice, friendly and funny! They are quick to call me back and answer any of my questions. The guys did an awesome job and I am happy I can enjoy my yard again and have guests over without worrying about «surprises». The service is convenient and professionally run.

Never EVER EVER again will I contact this company. There was a red flag with the attitude I received when I first called and was asking general questions about weekly pick-​ups. They came on the scheduled day, and when my husband requested them to tell us when they were done, they said «Oh, we don’t talk to you, we just come and do the work and leave.» We were left with a door tag saying they removed 25 (TWENTY-​FIVE!!!) gallons of dog waste from my tiny NHP land plot, and two 20 pound dogs (who, don’t exclusively use the backyard, mind you. I walk them as well). I have been the one that cleans the yard for the years we have had the dogs and know how much output they produce. It is physically impossible for them to produce that much waste, even through the two months we didn’t clean due to the snow. Then, when I called after the work was done, the owner IMMEDIATELY lit into me and said I was trying to scam them. For the record, 25 gallons of poop costs $ 120 plus tax. I have yet to pay until this is figured out.

Finally a company that does everything they say they would do! Fast, efficient, and affordable service. Thanks Scoopy Doo

They showed up to clean, but how hard is it to clean up dog poop? Customer service is important. The guy that runs Scoopy Doo is rude and their billing is inconsistent. I called to clarify the charge to my credit card and got a huge attitude and he was VERY annoyed with me. I am waiting to receive a statement which is apparently only available by request. Use a different company if customer service is important to you!
