Wetvapes had always been the best Vape store in my opinion until a rude, cocky and unpleasant employee struck me here. Chad Hortan, I believe is his name. Always unclear when questions are asked about my Ecig. He is very rude at times and drives me to avoid wet vapes all around. I am unpleased with his customer service and I am absolutely going to go to a different Vape store because of his awful customer care. It is not only me that feels this way, but also friends and family have said things about this specific employee.
