It was Saturday and when I walked in it was emptier than I expected. I went in for a filling for my acrylics and I had a lady named Beverly. She was so nice and rocked my nails. I was a little nervous since I wasn’t sure if she would do a good job but she was fantastic. We chatted and she filled my nails with ease. She cleaned my cuticles and was very detailed with what she was doing. I am definitely coming back to her in the future

Went in the Saturday before mothers day and waited over an hour and a half before anyone even attempted to start taking off my gel polish after I had been told it would be a half hour wait. The man that did my manicure rushed through it and hardly gave me a manicure. Once I walked out I noticed I had gel polish all over my skin. Not even 5 days later and the nail polish is peeling and chipping.

I’ve come here time and time again because if the friendly staff and spectacular selection of gel polish. Quality depends of your nail technician I learned the hard way.
Some just rush to get you out as soon as possible and when that happens I am next pleased with the results. My last gel polish change I got here they insisted I do it in my chair during my pedi and it lasted less then a week because she did such a poor job.
This time I went I got a full on manicure while they were slow but the man who did it still rushed and did a poor job. I’m in my car picking the gel polish off my skin and there is still dirt under my nails. I’m truly truly disappointed this time because my nails don’t look like they look like they were professionally done at all and don’t think I will be back after this.

Average service. The girls were nice but my mother was cut during her manicure. I’ve had better gel manis but this one was fine for the price. I got a pedicure too and it was ok. Nothing amazing. Again for the price I guess it was worth it. But I would look for an alternative. The place was packed when I went so maybe it was a fluke day.

I am going on almost two weeks with my black gel nails and there are still no chips or imperfections. Only complaint is my nails grow too fast so I need to get them filled. I will be back on Monday :)

I love getting my nails done at Solar nails. I have only had pedicures, but they always turn out great. It is very clean and the atmosphere is low key… there isn’t a lot of loud music or anything like that and I enjoy that type of atmosphere. The wait time isn’t bad, especially if you can make it during the week and not the weekend. Since I found this gem two years ago, I don’t go any anywhere else for my pedis.

This is my first time to solar nails and I was not disappointed. I walked in and although most of the pedicure chairs were full I asked how long for a basic fill and I was told five minutes and waited only five minutes that’s rare.
My nails were a mess even after two weeks since my last fill at another place that I won’t disclose at this time but they looked horrible and two had even broken off that had to be replaced.
My fill was started by one person finished by another but that did not bother me because I did not have to wait in between. They were very professional the whole time and were surprised at the condition of my nails after only two weeks. And while they did their best to fix them up this time they suggested a different approach the next time I come in without being pushy about it.
On top of that the fill was extremely cheap even with replacing two nails I was beyond surprised. Plus they did a wonderful job I think, no issues with any type of nicks or pain which I’ve had before at other places and I was out of there in under 45 minutes.
My only thought is that unless you go during the week early you will probably need a reservation because it was filling up by the time I left and this is a Tuesday morning.
The only reason I gave at four instead of five stars is that I’m used to getting some typo oil or hand scrub before I wash my hands and here I did not but absolutely going to come back.

This is a really great salon. The staff is very friendly and accommodating and the place is very clean! Their prices are good and you always get prompt, professional service every time! Highly recommend!
