Established in 1992.
After Dr. Surace completed his pediatric dentistry residency at Schneider’s Children’s Hospital of Long Island, Jewish Medical Center in 1990, he was able to open his own practice in Lockport, NY in 1992.

Business Owner
Dr. Surace is a Diplomate of the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry. He has been practicing in the Lockport area for over 20 years. Dr. Surace is a graduate of University at Buffalo, School of Dental Medicine. He completed a three year residency program in pediatric dentistry and was Chief Resident at the Long Island Jewish Medical Center, Schneider Children’s Hospital. He is board certified and a spokesperson for the American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry.
Dr. Surace is on staff at the Children’s Hospital of Buffalo, and Lockport Memorial Hospital. He is committed as a lifelong advocate for children’s health and wellness. Dr. Surace visits local preschools, day care agencies and schools to provide much requested dental health education.
