Great staff, will take the time to help you unlike the big box stores, these people are knowledgable and courteous. Good selection, decent pricing and good sales from time to time.

LOVE LOVE LOVE that they have just about any off-​the-​wall, hard-​to-​find bit or piece I’ve ever needed to fix anything house! Every employee I’ve ever encountered has been friendly and VERY helpful. They could maybe lower some of their prices (like on Light Bulbs for starters! UGH! $ 20. for a pkg of TWO daylight CFL’s…Do the light bulbs from your store specifically give off more light or something??) Other than that, it’s all good!

Crazy helpful. Maybe too helpful… like they were trying to hide something. I feel this place is actually an alien mother ship that they have disguised as a helpful hardware place. Either that or they actually care about what you are working on. I went to pick up supplies for my home made Barbie dream house… err…uhm. I mean my fantasy football trophy. Yeah, that’s it, fantasy football that’s a thing right? And they allover me the second I walked through the door. Like a vicious assistance tiger waiting to pounce on a gazelle (that would be me in this analogy) and give great advice and directions. The store isn’t that big, why do I need directions? Unless you are hiding your spaceship. *ahem ahem* But nonetheless my «fantasy football trophy» turned out awesome thanks in part to the teak railing suggestion I received. I mean the awesome football suggestions to make the trophy more epic.
Super helpful because they care or alien space ship? I’m not saying it’s aliens, but it’s aliens.
