I don’t normally write reviews for car places, but this one deserved a good review. We were told by Jiffy Lube (which will never use again) that we had a broken seal causing an oil leak in our SUV which was going to cost us about $ 1,000 to fix. Mind you this oil leak was actually purposely caused by Jiffy Lube. Jeramie, the head mechanic, took care of us. He discovered the leak was an oil filter issue NOT the broken seal. He fixed that quickly and inexpensively. He allowed us to take the SUV home over the weekend, would NOT allow us to pay for those repairs until we brought back the car so he could check to make sure the problem was in fact the oil filter. I have never had such a great experience with car repairs or a dealership. This is where we plan to take our vehicles to from now on.
