After 3 unreturned messages, finally got someone to answer phone and scheduled tech to come out to fix broken contact. Took off work to be here for the appointment and they were a no-​show. Two calls and messages to company have gone unanswered/​unreturned. I’ll be canceling my monitoring service… assuming I can reach someone to cancel account :(
Follow up: Well, never could reach them to cancel account, so I put a block on future charges with my cc company. Over 2 months go by and the called to see why they were getting charge backs. Chris pretty much accused me of lying when I told him I had called multiple times, left messages, and that we had an appointment that they never showed up to. Well, my cell phone records prove otherwise, Chris.
