Rocky’s Rotisserie was started by Rocky, Steve Allen (Steve and Rocky’s) and Chef Dan Meier. three chefs who love food and want to give guests quality food at a great value. You may order online, call ahead and carry out.

Worked up the ranks with Chef Steve Allen and Rocky. Trained at The Golden Mushroom, Steve and Rocky’s, Rocky’s of Northville, Country Club of Detroit. Have won many regional competitions. Went to school through the Oakland Community College apprenticeship program.
