I went in 2 times to get my tire fixed on my NEW F150 which I pay extra every month for tire care. Each time I was told they couldn’t help me. *They were to busy. *Then They couldn’t find my info in the system, so I pulled out my lease papers to help them out. *then they needed the saleman to be there and they were closed cause of holiday hours which they finally told me this after My daughter and I waited an hr… I said I didn’t feel safe driving with my kids can I pay and Bill Brown refund me, nope! They didn’t care, there was nothing they could do with bill brown being closed, Funny thing though, I went to the canton location immediately after and they didn’t hesistate to fix it. It’s just to bad I had to drive all that way to canton because your location wouldn’t help… For those looking for great service, go to the canton center location first, They are so nice and helpful. Even when busy!!!

Awesome quick service. Service guys very helpful and made me feel valued. This place makes getting an oil change and tires rotated almost as fast as getting mcdonalds. I also got a loaner on very short notice for service that took more than a day.

Who forgets to put oil in a truck when they change the oil? Also, you might want to rotate the tires if it is a part of your package.

They always do a good job. However, they also always say the car needs another oil change at 5000 miles, instead of the 7500 miles that Ford recommends. This is just their way of making you come in more often. A bit shifty if you ask me. I think all of the oil change places do this.

Overwhelmed with such great service of everyone here ! They even took my daughter and I through the garage, explained what was happening on each car, what they were doing to our car and let us look around. The service was quick and friendly– thank you Dennis and staff!
