History

Established in 2011.

Precision Bowling is a full service Bowling Pro Shop specializing in sales and service of new balls, bags, shoes and accessories. Ron has over 27 years of Pro Shop experience working with bowlers of all skill levels. A good deal of that was under the tutelage of Bowling Hall of Famer Mary Mohacsi and her son Mark, who instilled strong customer service and educational skills. Ron has been certified by USA Coaching, Innovative Bowling’s Advanced Training Program and the Deerfield Bowling Academy. Whether you are new to the game or have been playing for a lifetime, we strive to increase your enjoyment of the sport and to meet your needs.

Business Owner

I was taught this business by Mary Mohacsi and her son Mark. I started with them in 1987 and worked full time helping manage the locations in Taylor, Warren and Livonia up until Summer of 2011. With them, I attended numerous bowling technician seminars focusing on current bowling technology, work bench skills and coaching. Mary and Mark were very big on Education and keeping the best ball drilling and maintenance machinery possible in the store… Which is something I still do today! I was certified by USA Bowling as a Bronze Level bowling coach under Fred Borden in 1995, and helped Mary’s son attain Advanced IBPSIA Technical Certification in 2007.

I opened my own store in December of 2011 and attended and passed the Innovative Bowling’s Advanced Certified course in 2012. I am currently updating my coaching skills with both IBPSIA and USBC, and am thrilled to help bowlers of all ranges of skill to help them be the best that they can be.
