I like the fact that when you call, it is not a service center. I talked directly to Chad and he came out right away.
He had me back in my home within minutes. I would definitely recommend them!

And I had a lot more wait time.

When the ignition lock stopped working on my Focus, in the parking garage of the building I had an internship for in Southfield, I was a bit freaked out. I live in Ann Arbor, and didn’t really know the mechanics, etc., out here.
Luckily, when the ignition lock isn’t working, you can just call a locksmith, which avoided hefty towing fees, though cost slightly more than a mechanic would.
The work was done quickly and skillfully. In addition, the locksmith who worked on my car was very helpful, explaining what had happened (apparently, ignition locks are a big problem on Focuses from 2000 — 2010), that it will eventually happen again (though shouldn’t anytime soon), and getting the work done within the estimated time frame.
I am so grateful. & impressed!
In addition to finishing the work within the estimated time frame, the cost was exactly what he had quoted me.
If you need help in Southfield or the surrounding area, this locksmith is a good bet! Highly recommend.

Yeah like others, what can I say. Renter of mine destroys the lock trying to jam his key in, and I had to get it replaced.
Had these guys out within a day, and a new lock replaced with no issues. Chad was very polite, and got the job done quick with no problems.
As a renter, obviously we work with a lot of companies like this. Professionalism (appearance, billing, etc) seems to go a long way with me. No issues here with this company, and will use again if the need arises.

These days the saying «who can you trust» applies more than ever. Any time I have to call a service person I cringe. My boyfriend lives out of state and sometimes I just cant wait until he’s in town to have certain things done — case and point needing to have my locks replaced.
Soooooo the spring on my garage opener snaps causing me to have to use the front entrance of my condo until the repair man could come out; about 2 – 3 days. It’s no fun having to exit the front of my home when my car is parked in the rear. Upon returning home from work one night I discover that my front door is wide open. I live in what I consider a pretty safe area (meaning when I go to work MY NEIGHBORS go to work as well). I’ve been there for almost 4 years and never had an issue or heard of my neighbors having an issue.
I call the police. They arrive and do a search. They inform me there is no sign of a forced entry. Nothing is missing — including my Mac book, Ipad and Christmas gifts — all which were in plain site. So I concluded that my son left the door open when we departed that morning and the wind gust blew if open.
That night I felt comfortable enough not to freak out until I discovered I couldn’t find my spare keys. Coincidence? Maybe. Maybe not. I called Around the Clock for one reason. The name of the company made me think of the theme song from Happy Days (oh yeah they had good reviews too!).
I must admit Chad arrived pretty quick (about 30 minutes). I wasn’t locked out so I was in no hurry but accommodating me so quickly was a plus in my book. I didn’t have to wait for an appointment! Based on what I had researched regarding price — he was cheaper and my boyfriend gave him the «he’s not a con artist» stamp of approval based on his quote.
It was a simple process. 2 new locks, 1 new key and great service. Chad even gave me some tips on helping the little one to remember to lock the door. Life is good again!

So, i was doing laundry at my local laundry mat. When l went i went outside to get the detergent out of the car, the door was locked and I had to call a locksmith. I was upset and irritated but Chad showed up fast and was a pleasure to deal with. He understood what i needed and got me into my car quick. And what was surprising, was that the price was right. To the say even the bare minimum, I was incredibly impressed with the service that I received from Locksmith Around The Clock! But I won’t just leave it at that! I mean, I was thoroughly impressed with every bit of what Shawn did for me. If Unilocal offered 6 stars, he would deserve it.
For starters, as you Michiganders know, it was terribly cold outside yesterday. Thankfully it didn’t start raining as I thought it would, but after getting off work from a 12 hr shift, I was beat and anticipating curling up into my cozy bed and catching up on some TV shows. But lo and behold as I’m digging through my purse, my apartment keys are no where to be found. I’m shivering, know that my landlord isn’t around to help out, so I shoot a text to a friend asking if she knows about any good Locksmiths in the area, and she recc. me LATC.
Soooo glad she did! I didn’t have to wait more than 10 or 15 minutes before he arrived, and it was cinch, the bill was outstandingly cheap, and Shawn was every bit of friendly — chatting with me a minute. I’ve found that some in the service industry of this type (usually males) are often kind of awkward? But Shawn was nice and conversated and made me feel comfortable and like I was receiving the true definition of customer care. Thanks again Shawn!
