I had a good first experience getting my 2000 Cirrus repaired here. I brought the car in on a Saturday which was great for my work schedule. They had the diagnosis and estimate done the same day, just needed a day to get the part for my old baby. Monday morning they were done and I was back on the road by lunchtime that day. Very happy, the transmission is back to normal shifting again. Price was fair and the time to make the repair was faster than I expected. I don’t wish for another car problem but I’m sure the baby will need something else sooner or later at 15 years old… I’ll be happy to return to Livonia Auto Tech!

Samer (Samir?), the owner, is friendly, knowledgeable and very hands on with explaining what’s going on with my older Ford Focus. He did a few minor repairs like putting in headlights (major hassle of a job! Esp. for big hands like mine) for free to gain my business. He repaired front end parts and replaced a mirror that I had cracked off and was attached only with duct tape.
My car was a little boaty/​floppy in turns, with sway bar links broken in front as well as a front ball joint needed. Now it rides like a dream, very nimble handling~not what I expect out of my old car with well over 200,000 miles on it!
Belle Tire gave an inflated estimate of repairs with some of the repairs so far off in terms of being needed now that they shouldn’t even really be considered. Samer advised that didn’t really need to do the wheel bearing since it was making very little noise, saving me a lot of money until it has to be done.
Bring your car in, I think you will be satisfied.
