James Wilson has been a practicing attorney since 1983. His practice has been primarily in Estate Planning, Legal Protection and Medicaid Planning. He is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys and has attended national and state meetings on Elder Law. He has written a column for an elder law publication. James helped care for a family member in a nursing home. He co-founded and was an officer of the nursing home family council. He is the past President of the Livonia Bar Association 1999 – 2000. He offers evening and weekend appointments, and also home and hospital visits.
